Re: Miracle Girl

Dear HB, I respect your point of view. I was mere stating what i knew personally. The world we live is full of fake propaganda, and stories/news that are not true and so its important to highlight what is. Miracles to me is anything that is out of the ordinary. This case in particular is inspiring b...

Dear Human Being, AoA, I know the family personally and this is a true story. The mother of the girl is my wife's childhood friend. What happened is nothing short of miracle, given that every doctor in the hospital except one had refused to take the case given there absolutely no hope. the lesson th...

Re: Prayer (Namaz) Timings. 3 or 5?

AoA, I thought that it was very clear that we can only pray 3 times during the times of war, travelling and rain. On travelling too, my understanding is that it is not compulsary that you should/must pray only 3 times. If it is true hardship and inconvenience then you combine. If you are in a hotel ...

AoA Anajmi, I am reading for the first time that humans believe that the way Allah(swt) addresses himself may have caused male oppresion. I am trying to grasp how that came about. We can discuss about Allah(swt) all we want, his attributes, his orders, his laws, his wisdom, but i dont understand how...

AoA,

Pardon my lack of religious knowledge but i have read from differnet sources that Prophet (saw) prayed 3 times only in times of travel and during war. Therefore praying 3 times apart from these instances is not justified not allowed.

Agreed completely. At this time and age where we are bombarded with many issues, and mostly that we are responsible for ourselves we can do a lot together rather than always arguing about it. Re: What is the purpose of religion?

The purpose of religion in my opinion is to help mankind stay on the true path. Every person is born with an innate good nature but the ornaments of the world corrupts that. That is where religion guides us, teaches us principles and provides reason that we can use to stay on the one true path and n...
