Kotharis are charging a unit of 215/- per ahead in some places for the maintenance of Saifee Hospital . Whether such demand has come to other places or what?. Looks like kotharis dont want to misuse thier unauthorized accumulated wealth for the maintennace and running of saifee hospital..
