Re: Founder of Fatimid Dynasty

One important point to be considered here is that Imam Jaffer (AS) declared Ismail to be his successor, according to all the shias. He died before his father or not is the discrepency. Why would Imam Jaffer make Ismail as his successor if he is going to precede him in death? If imam is considered as...

Mature, Bohra cemetries are not the personal property of anyone.People have contributed and reserved places in it long back and if they are thrown out of the jamaat for questioning the corruption, then it does not make them less bohras, even according to your standard. None should have the right to ...

Br. Tahir,

In such a case, the culprit is the Mullah/Aamil who performed the nikaah.

It may a stray incident, but generally this is not accepted as is done among hindus (especially south indians).

Br.Tahir, "I need to know bohraism's position on this issue. Do bohras follow this particular hadith as it is or they have modified it like they have done to namaz and other aspects of islam?" ---- This is not a hadith but an Ayat of Quran, which i think Bohras also follow religiously. One cannot ma...

The new myth character will again be a puppet with lots of namesake 'Aura'. The main issue would be who gets what, from among the various contenders. The charitable Trusts formed in different cities by the Opulent were forcibly taken over by kothari thugs. The kothar is simply, only bothered in collecting the money, not sparing the poorest of the poor and there is no help whatsoever. In my city, the reformist Markaz collects the Zakat from the me...

Re: 3 "Laanatti"

Had the Wahabis understood the difference between 'Love' and 'Fear'to attain taqwa, things would have been different.

They would not have instill 'fear', been tolerant towards other muslims and non-muslims and world would have been a better place.

There is no concept of Halaal meat even in middle eastern countries. They get all the stuff from mechanised slaughters where the tape saying Allaho Akbar runs while slaughtering. The entire head is chopped off in one stroke just like the 'jhatka ' we call it in sub-continent. Also many people there, ...
