"They are believed to worship according to beliefs contrary to the Sunnah of different faiths to set Pahang Mufti Department, with other purposes in violation of or contrary to the fatwa they issued Mufti Department.

"Investigations revealed that they admitted to practice Shia Bohra, but the JAIP had to take their evidence and seized the books of remembrance are used for analysis," he said yesterday.

Mohd Anis told the initial investigation on homeowners and individuals who are in the premises to confirm that they came from India as well as admitted to practice Shiasim Bohra since generations yet.

He said homeowners also recognizes the Shiite Bohra practice but not preach and practice only among close relatives.

Daily Herald yesterday following operations were introduced by relatives home owners and most of them are business people and professionals.

Mohd Anis said they come to the residence to serve and reliable remembrance because they believe that night is 'Lailatul Qadr' in conjunction with the murder of Ali, on 21 Ramadan.

He said JAIP will call all those in the house to come to the Office of Religious District (Paid) on July 23 to give evidence.

He said the investigation carried out under the Syariah Criminal Enactment 2013 which contravene Section 15 of the fatwa, Section 17 has a document that is contrary to the Sunnah Wal Jamaah and Section 18 has books, magazines and others in control and safe.

According to him, if convicted of the three sections of the same sentence, which is punishable by a fine of 3,000 or two years imprisonment or both.

UN charter of human rights guarantee freedom of religion. if our jamat has balls they should lodge complaint against Malaysian got under UN human rights in UN office in Geneva. there are lot of Christians, Chinese budhist hindus living in Malaysia. why are we singled out.
I doubt that jamat will do anything, except just fleeing, or running away. in a way it is right statergy. As we practice the heretic kind of islam, which has no substance in any of known Islamic fiqah. All those made up stories and rituals in last 100 years has made our faith a heretic faith. This is islam, there is no tolerance in religion in islam. like our clergy do not tolerate any deviation, they even do not tolerate not being fleeced in the name of religion. As our clergy has shown time and again, they have no heart, so other Islamic sections have no heart.

Malaysia is doing exactly what u.s. does. when it see's a wrong being done, it takes action and asks questions later. SBM you are right, they should be allowed and also allowed to practice whatever they believe in. I said it in my post, that our clergy is getting to see the other of side of the same coin. I also said that our religion has become heretic and cult, which revolves around one person. Diplomatic Passport does not guarantee automatic VISA it just provides certain protocols and immunity from prosecutions in the host country.

I have seen SMB's passport. Its normal Indian passport and not the diplomatic one.
