Happenings in Udaipur this Moharram

The one and only free public forum for Bohras. The focus of this forum is the reform movement, the Dawoodi Bohra faith and, of course, the corrupt priesthood. But the discussion is in no way restricted to the Bohras alone.

I have just returned from Udaipur. I had gone there with a newspaper reporter from Mumbai. On our personal investigation with police personals (from Moiyyadpura area, Boharwadi area and Khanpura mosque area and with three members of Shabab group, we have found that:
In spite of strong objection from Amil who had made all the arrangements to block the entire road outside Moiyyadpura mosque by making Bohra women sit all over the road, the police and local administered had allowed Youth to take out their Matam procession from 2:30 pm on day of Ashura (10th of Moharram). Amil and his followers were asked to clear the mosque but as planned by Amil some Shabab women refused to leave the mosque and were forcefully removed by police and then the mosque was locked. The planned Matam procession was taken out at 2:30. Police officers praised the cooperation of Youth group for maintaining peace during 9 days of Moharram. The police officials of Moiyyadpura police Chawki said:
“We requested them (Youth group) to reduce the numbers of Sabeels and they readily accepted, we requested them to move out of Moiyyadpura area as soon as possible and they readily accepted, they took less than an hour. They took their own usual time on the other roads. Though such cooperation was missing from the other group – Amil was too adamant and perhaps had some other ideas. But we are thankful to Youthwalas for making our job easy.” The reporter with me was Moiyuniddin Shaikh Ajmeri. Being a Muslim he was shocked to see the scene in Udaipur’s Khanpura mosque where Bohra men and women totally some 15/20 in number were observing Zohar prayer and more than 30 women of Shabab group were busy disturbing their prayer by doing Matam and shouting “Aqa Burhanuddin Zindabad”. This was very recently started by the new Amil Mustafa Moiyyadi. Mr. Ajmeri has done the video shooting of this shocking incident and he says he will show it to the Muslims in Mumbai.
One Shabab member who is perturbed with the recent “bewakoofi” of new Amil said: "Amil Mustafa is 32 years chokra. He is a son of one Shaikh Moiyyadi in Kothar. As I know Shaikh Moiyyadi has promised Al-vazrat that his son is sweet-talker and so “hushiyar” (clever) that he will make the Mukhalifeen (Youth) disappear from Udaipur very soon and take all the Bohra properties in his hand. This is totally against the wishes of our Sayedna who wants us to forgive and forget the past and get united. But this “bewakoof” fellow is doing just the ulta (reverse). Sooner he goes the better it is.” The Mulla Saheb also said that “the local Bohras who are the sufferers of Baraat are not with him (Amil). He is playing his game with the elements from outside Udaipur”
The old Mulla Saheb of Shabab group seems to be right. As in order to take hold of the Bohra community’s properties in Udaipur the desperate Kothar has employed this Amil and who had started his game from Bohra mosques where Youth do not prevent any Muslim to come and observe namaz. Taking advantage of this policy of Youth, Amil has asked his followers, especially women to enter the mosque and do Matam, shout slogans and harass youth members who are praying.
Since the declaration of “Baraat” in Udaipur hundreds of families are divided. Sister from her brothers and sisters, mothers from their sons etc. They had recently started inviting and mixing with each other especially during marriages in the family. Burial is no problem in Udaipur as The Bohra cemetery is in hands of Youth and both group bury their dead there without any problem.
Because of ill-intentions of new Amil, Mustafa and because of his policy of divide and rule on 17th Feb. 2007 the Dawoodi Bohra Jamat – Udaipur was compelled to take a unanimous decision that though the Youth members will keep having a good relation with Shabab but they will not invite or allow Shabab to use community’s properties under Youth’s control and the Youth members will not attend any function done on properties under Shabab’s control.
As for the disturbance caused by Matam during namaz and possibility of untoward incident happening by it a case has already been registered against the Amil in law court.

Finally, All informations by brother babu on this board is his own creations and are baseless.
In my opinion this change in the Kothar's policy (returning to repressive policy) is an indication that they are forth-seeing their defeat in Udaipur masjid case as well as "excommunication case".

Sorry Sir ,
Buscopan is good for stomach aches and cramps and Paracetamol is for Fever.... but your prescription is reverse.

According to my points which I raised in my post you even didnt touch them , and just for formality you post a long Lecture with repeated words .

Either you didnt visited Udaipur recent, or your KHABRI is making you Fool ( MAAMOO Banaa Rahaa hai ).

Lets come to the point One by One .

Because of the size of the Moiyadpura mosque and quantiy of people both groups agreed that there will be only ONE Youth Sabeel ( In GREEN OR RED CLOTH ) in Moiyadpura, little bit far from the Mosque , but your supporters tried to make a stall at next to the mosque's gate , So they were stopped doing this by the police and shabab people and injured , they instructed by the Administration for the next 6 Months.
The youth people Disappeared from Moiyadpura Mosque after Ramadan's Last Friday's Incident. So its activities like Athan Iqamat Imamat Majalis and Waez are under Shabab group's control, yes a policeman comes to open and lock it.
There was A rumor in Bohrawadi on the eve of new year that shabab gonna take Jamatkhana back so it was double locked and chained. ( I saw by my own eyes ).
The Sabeel of Moiyadpura's timing was 4PM to 5 PM and after 8:30 PM at the prayer and Waez time Kisi ki himmat nahin thi Moiyadpura main ghusne ki .
A local leader of youth group pulled a lady's cloth ( Ladki ki rida kheenchi) and " KAAN KE NEECHE EK BAJAA " and koi kuch nahin bola.
About the Shia Moulana Contact Mr. Alwi or Shake Ahemed Ali Raj ( the one who kicked from Jamea-tus-Saifiyah Surat )

So just Plan a Visit to Udaipur , and Reconfirm this with some tiny worker he must tell you the facts .

Some of the word I used Are inspired by Munna Bhai MBBS .

Wonderful sabak stories by babu bhai. Here is another one which they try to peddle in waaz:

Once 'maula' was travelling in a ship which started to sink. All experts failed but 'maula' discovered the problem which was a (phook)hole in the ship's bottom. Our Mutlaq Einstein plugged that hole with his 'chakri ni khooti' by which the gazillion tonne ship was saved and moomins sailed to safety... :D

babuji,
I've no idea what your are trying to prove by your silly details. Are we suppose to read in all this some kind of victory for the Shabab (orthodox group)? If so then I'm having a hard time doing that. And, talking of silly details, you forgot to mention how Amil Mustafa complained publicly about Refromists wearing black during Mohrram? The local press got wind of it and when other Shias made noise about this stupid Bohra fatwa, Amil saab had to beat a quick retreat. Just shows how your masters tend to put their foot in their mouth every time the open it.

Now, why I'm not surprised you get your insipiration from Munna Bhai MBBS?

Other day, there was a session (waaz) where mumeneen sat with patience and heard mozijas of late Syedna Taher Saifuddin (evil dwarf as per Tahir)

Utter rubbish!!! I dont understand how people spare their precious time to attend these waaz which is full of lies!!

These waaz, eventually end up with the demand for money, Can't these people see and understand the motive behind these large gatherings? Are they so @#%^ing dumb??

Brother babu! As a friend and your well-wisher I want to tell you – please do not go on hearsay and verify the facts. Please do not sacrifice your credit just to justify your point or please someone.
If you are in Udaipur you can verify my presence on 17th and 18th Feb. from the police personnels in the areas I have mentioned. Even Dr. Asgar Ali Engineer was in Udaipur on 17th and 18 Feb. for Central Executive Committee meeting.
As per their request and for their safety, I am sorry I can not disclose the identity of the persons from Shabab group whom we had met.

Please read the Rajasthan High Court’s judgment delivered on 16th January, 1992. Sayedna Burhanuddin Saheb himself is a plaintiff in this case. As it was not in his favour, Sayedna Saheb now appealed in the Supreme Court against it and the case is on. According to an interim order on the request of Shabab group, both groups (Youth and Shabab) are permitted by the court to observe the Namaz and other religious functions in Moiyadpura mosque without any restrictions till the final judgment.
The mosque continues to be in the custody of Court Receiver appointed by local government administration who opens and closes the door of the mosque at the time of Namaz. Babu please note that according to this order Youth group was given the right to call Azan and Takbira which was respected by all the Amils till now but new Amil is violating the court order and pushing the Shabab group to call Azan and Takbira. Youth group in order not create any law and order problem in the solemn month of Moharram and also not to allow the Amil to succeed in his devilish design, are keeping quite right now.

In order to maintain peace they also agreed with police to put up just one Sabeel instead of usual 4 Sabeels outside Moyyadpura Mosque. This was because women-followers of Amil Mustafa were made sit outside the mosque covering the entire area. This had happened only this year and never before. The place and timing of that one Sabeel were also decided by police in consultation of Youth. Amil was no where then. It is a fact that Amil Mustafa came out of the Moyyadpura mosque and happily drank sharbat from the Youth’s Sabeel next to the gate of Moiyadpura mosque. Ask him - why?

You say that “they instructed by the Administration for the next 6 Months.” I am sorry I fail to understand this statement.

Again you say “There was A rumor in Bohrawadi on the eve of New Year that shabab gonna take Jamatkhana back so it was double locked and chained. (I saw by my own eyes).”
Is it not an admission of the fact that the community’s properties in Udaipur are not in Sayedna Saheb’s control and his Amil is now trying to capture them by force? What is happening in Khanpura mosque is a shame for the Community but it is again a part of Amil’s evil design.

Again you say “The Sabeel of Moiyadpura's timing was 4PM to 5 PM and after 8:30 PM at the prayer and Waez time. Kisi ki himmat nahin thi Moiyadpura main ghusne ki?”
Youth group was aware of mischief Amil Mustafa was going to play and they defeated him in his game by not getting instigated by such move. So please do not underestimate the Youth. The legal blow is yet to come.

Your statement that “The youth people Disappeared from Moiyadpura Mosque after Ramadan's Last Friday's Incident. So its activities like Athan Iqamat Imamat Majalis and Waez are under Shabab group's control, yes a policeman comes to open and lock it.”
By the court’s interim order as mentioned earlier both groups are permitted to perform the namaz, vaiz and other religious functions in Moiyyadpura mosque. Amil is violating those orders. So don’t think the mosque is now in Shabab’s control.
The court Receiver opens and locks door not a Policeman.
You say that – “About the Shia Moulana Contact Mr. Alwi or Shake Ahemed Ali Raj (the one who kicked from Jamea-tus-Saifiyah Surat).” The fact is that this year the Moharram vaiz in youth group were delivered by a reformist Bohra brother Peer Ali and Sham-e-Gareeban was delivered by another reformist Bohra, Dr. Abbas Alvi. There was no Shia vaezeen.

If you are muslim than what Rasullah (SAW) said was the final word. People like you and tahir also called him names well he too was of small profile, and talk things in poetry form which people u and tahir never understood. This is an ideal case scenario history repeats itself and we had 1,2,3 in those days we have 1,2,3 again in this zaman.

Final advice keep talking bollywood, sex, porn, etc on this web forum its good enough for your kind. Religion is too complex for your Asgari understanding.

Albird,

Since you have dragged our Prophet into this debate, let me tell you, he was a honest person who lived in poverty, did his own work, never took any charities, believed in equality, never cursed his enemies instead they were pardoned, he never urged anyone to follow HIM instead he urged people to follow his TEACHINGS and above all he practiced what he preached., He bought about democracy (Islam) in an era which had only dictators like syedna.

Now tell me Albird, do you find such qualities in our Syedna?

Secretly, the dai must be cursing even the prophet and the Imam for preaching things which could put his religious business to peril. I am sure he will order his kothari goons to thrash the Imam if some day he tries to step out of the curtain.
