it has been reliably learnt from well-placed sources that the bohra syedna burhanuddin, now that moharram is over, has decided to extend most kindly, invitations to all world spiritual leaders to join him in africa on a big game hunting expedition.

invitations have gone out to the dalai lama, pope benedict, the archbishop of canterbury, the right hon. robert runcie,the aga khan shah karim, ayatollah's sistani, khameini, and other leading ayatollahs and ruhollahs from iran, lebanon and syria, sister nirmala of the angels of mercy founded by mother teresa, the shankaracharyas of puri and tirupati devasthanam, the chief granthi of the khalsa panth from amritsar, the chief mobed of the world zarthusth community, maulana shahi imam ahmed bukhari from delhi, zakir naik from south africa, cardinal mar gregorios from kerala and many other great religious and spiritual figures from around the world.

the syedna has already obtained permissions from the govts of kenya and tanzania to hunt upto 500 elephants and 250 adult lions, also wild buffalo, leopard, the last 2 remaining rhinos in amboseli park, hippos and wild boars. arrangements to hunt in remote game reserves in kenya and tanzania, incl. 5 star luxurious camping with all amenities are ready.

this exercise has been deliberately planned and executed to promote inter-faith harmony between the world's leading religions, to improve the struggling economies of east africa and also by fallout, the fortunes of our bohras there. this will be the worlds first such multi-disciplinary hunt and it is already being widely discussed that the syedna is definitely a sure fire winner of next year's nobel prize for peace, the world humanitarian award and the animal rights societies awards.

all bohras are asked to support this cause whole-heartedly and each and every jamaat tanzeem committees will soon take up a massive fund-raising drive. a minimum amount of indian rs. 5052 per mumin, muminat and child has been fixed. equivalent amounts in other currencies will be intimated to each individual jamaat around the world in a day or two. this hub is being named, "daiuzzaman shikaar najwa".

the majority of spiritual leaders have still not responded, perhaps because of the intervening busy weekend. it is rumoured that 2 of them have 'probably' come back asking for more details on the guns and ammunition to be used, being worried about their personal safety. many are concerned about the hunting prowess of a 97 year old man.

none of the spiritual leaders have ever taken part in a hunt of any sort and are worried about the negative public fallout. our syedna is completely surprised that being such powerful spiritual leaders of communities several hundred fold bigger than our own, how come they have never hunted and murdered such exciting big game!!!

great consternation and dismay seems to be prevailing in the plush carpeted corridors and gold-plated bathrooms of the saifee mahal, the palace of the syedna in mumbai. but the syedna is quietly confident that he can convince these timid leaders of the positive spiritual benefits of brutally killing lions and elephants, en masse'. even if they have never killed a mouse before, in his divine company they will be transformed into cool-headed shikaris.

There is great disappointment, dismay and sadness in the gloom laden halls of the saifee mahal in mumbai. the plush carpeted corridors, the gold plated bathrooms and the airconditioned bedrooms with their silk satin sheets, are all ringing with an embarrassed silence! this is all due to the stinging rebuke and harsh snubs received from world religious and spiritual leaders at the kind and generous initiative of the bohra syedna, inviting them all to a fun-filled week of enjoyment outdoors, hunting and killing big game in africa in the lavish and luxurious surroundings he is used to on such trips.

here are some reactions and replies the syedna has received, which we have picked up through our spies in the palace kitchens.

-the dalai lama has not directly replied but one of his lesser panchen lama minions has written back that the dalai lama follows a strict non-violence policy against all living creatures as per the buddhist faith, besides he does not indulge in senseless killing of big game, which he considers a crime against humanity and against the supreme deity who rules and has created all. the letter further states that the dalai lama was so upset at reading the syedna's invitation that he has gone into retreat and should not be disturbed ever again by such unholy pursuits.

- the pope's chief anuncio has sent back a very terse reply expressing outrage and condemnation of the syedna's invitation and demanding renunciation of such barbaric activities and restitution to humanity of such cruel and vulgar acts. the envoy states that the pope will publicly denounce this letter at his next public 'URBI ET ORBI" address in the vatican square. Part of the urbi et orbi blessing is the remission of all temporal punishment due to sin through a plenary indulgence attached to the Papal blessing.

The remission and forgiveness of sins is not only granted to the people in St. Peter's Square but also to Catholics watching the ceremony on television and listening on radio. Before this blessing the Pope gives an address to the crowd and to the world, with seasonal greetings in many of the major world languages. On behalf of all bohras, the pope will apologise for their syedna and his evil actions. the pope is expected to take up the matter of this brutal slaying of animals for enjoyment by the syedna with the catholic presidents of kenya and tanzania.

- the aga khan shah karim's office in sardinia, italy has sent back the syedna's invitation with a reminder that the shia's of ali do not engage in destruction of god's majestic creations, and have suggested that the syedna is neither a shia nor a muslim or any sort of religious leader. they have instructed that MHI does not want any further contacts with the syedna or his nefarious activities and does not consider the bohra syedna as his equal in any way.

- the ayatollah's of iran, lebanon, syria etc. have collectively called for laanat on the syedna and have decreed a fatwa declaring his activities as haraam and unislamic and to boycott any future visits from him or his lackeys into any of their countries.

- the shankaracharyas of puri and tirupati devasthanam and some maths in rishikesh, ranchi etc. have sent back a letter saying that they consider this invitation from the syedna an affront and serious insult to the religion, culture and sentiments of a billion hindus and will retaliate at the appropriate time. they will be taking up the matter of the syedna's diplomatic passport issued by the indian govt, his activities and travels and will act in a concerted way through the RSS, VHP, BJP, bajrang dal, patit pavan sangathana, and other hindu organisations. the letter threatens the syedna to move his HQ out from mumbai and india or to suffer the consequences.

- the khalsa panth trustees and the panj piare have written back, with a copy to the prime minister manmohan singh, that the syedna is an anti-social and anti-humanist for planning and arranging hunting trips by bribing corrupt govt. officials in africa. they have declared that they will carry out a worldwide campaign against the syedna to meet and greet him with black armbands and slogans of 'aurangzeb' wherever he travels. they will refuse to co-operate with the bohra community in business or otherwise and will pressure all sikh govt officials to show defiance to the syedna.

- the world zarthusth organisation have, through their official newspaper, the mumbai samachar, published the contents of the syedna's invitation, but declined any comment.

- dr. zakir naik has issued a statement in which he has said that he never had any respect for the syedna as a religious leader and had seen through him a long time ago. with this invitation the syedna has further cemented his position as a despicable personality who is cast in the mold of ------. a tyrannical leader from islamic history, who will remain nameless here.

the shahi imam bukhari of delhi, has made a pvt. statement that he has always considered the syedna of the bohras to be not a muslim at all and has always been surprised why the other sunni muslims have kowtowed to this corrupt man. but the shahi imam did not elaborate when asked more questions.

the innocent and generous invite of our syedna has been distorted by some mal'oon bodies and the word wildlife fund (WWF) has decided to file a criminal case against our beloved bawa shafiq in the ICC-J (International Criminal Court of Justice).
