Grading: Al-Majlisi said this hadeeth is Muwaththaq KalSaHeeH (Reliable (taken as a) SaHeeH (hadeeth))
–> Milaadh Al-Akhyaar, vol. 3, pg. 298
The reason why it is considered Muwaththaq (Reliable) is mainly because of ‘Alee ibn AsbaaT, he is 100% thiqah, but people have differed on his madhhab. However, Al-Khoei said that ‘Alee ibn AsbaaT is a Shee’ah Imaamee and his madhhab is good. (See: Al-Khoei, Mu’jam Rijaal Al-Hadeeth, vol. 11, pg. 260, under person # 7923)

So this hadeeth is actually graded as purely SaHeeH

That is a lame brain excuse. Bush claimed that his soldiers who died in Iraq were protecting American freedom and Saddam claimed that the people that died under his rule are all Shaheeds in the path Allah. That doesn't mean jack!! Atleast Saddam was brave enough to hang without saying sorry. Your Syedna had to apologize. And he didn't apologize to save bohra life and property. He would've stayed away from making such nonsense comments if he cared about bohra life and property. He is ghaib na jaankar isn't he? He should've known what is going to happen.

He was/is not misguided,we say Khuda ni Lanat on your Hazrats in every waaz,,
So he does this in every waez and it is part of Bohra religion to do so.

And therefore your Morela is hypocrite of highest order. He says one thing in public and other in masjid.

So it looks like you guys and your Morela do not have balls to say publically what your true belief are.

Try going in a Hindu temple and cursing their idols. We will see how much balls you have. Allah curses idol worshippers , doesn't he?

You do not have to go in their temple and curse their Gods, Hindu know very well that Muslim consider Idol worshipping a sin. And if Allah curses Idol Worshippers that does not mean Muslims should do so. We do not even curse Hindus secretly in our Masjid. We have better things to do then waste time and affort. For that matter we do not even curse Idol worshipping Bohras, we leave them and their goobly gook religin alone.

That is precisely what ordinary humans would avoid you moron. Your Dai is nothing but an ordinary human who doesn't have any more balls than any other one of you. Prophet Muhammad (saw) claimed right in the middle of Mecca and right in the middle of idol worshippers that what they were doing was wrong. He was not an ordinary human. Prophet Abraham, destroyed the idols of the idol worshippers of that time. He was no ordinary human. Your Dai had to apologize for his words and now says them behind closed doors. He is an ordinary human!!

First of all nobody has proof who killed Bibi Fatema or what killed her.

Secondly it is waste of time to dwell on it or speculate about it.

Thirdly you do not get goody points by praizing, supporting or cursing dead personality.

Fourthly your salvations strictly depends on your deed.

Fifth: As a Muslim you are requred only to follow pillars of Islam faithfully

Those who spend life praising demigods or cursing are wasting their life.

Scholars dispute if Umm Kulthum that Umar married was in fact the daughter of Ali and Fatima. Umar's marriage to Umm Kulthum occured in 637 CE when he was 55 years old. Ali's daughter was born in 624 CE and would have been 13 at the time of her marriage to Umar.

While Sunnis do not concur on her identity, the Shia categorically deny that Ali's daughter was married to Umar. According to the Shia Muharram traditions, Umm Kulthum, along with her sister Zaynab, was present in Karbala with Imam Husain.

Other than Shia hatred for Hazrat Umar, is there a reason for that? Do the shia know for sure which Umm Kulthum it was, that was married to Hazrat Umar?

Mola Ali (a.s.) gave his eldest daughter, Umme Kulsum (r.a.) in marriage to Hazrat Umar (r.a.). Umme Kulsum (r.a.) was the eldest daughter of Molatena Fatima (a.s.). This act of Mola Ali (a.s.) completely confuses the Shias and entirely repudiates the Shia doctrine of hatred for the Sahabah in general and for Hazrat Umar (r.a.) in particular. Shia priests are at pains and to this day remain in the grip of mental labor pains attempting to explain away and misinterpret this act of Mola Ali (a.s.).

They have been thrown into total disarray and confusion by the marriage of Mola Ali's daughter to Hazrat Umar. In struggling to explain away this indictment against Shi'ism, the Shia priests resort to a variety of Taqiyah Tricks. But, far from satisfactorily explaining this truth, they only succeed in compounding their confusion and exhibiting their mental absurdity.

How was it possible for Mola Ali (a.s.) to have consented to his daughter marrying Hazrat Umar (r.a.) whom Shi'ism unanimously brands as a munafiq, kafir, murtad, murderer, oppressor and a multitude of other vile epithets? Indeed, this holy marriage is perpetually dangling on the necks of the Shia priests like a dead albatross which they are unable to shed off - with which they have to live and be haunted.

Among the most ludicrous explanations fabricated by the Shias to argue away this historical fact, Rawindi the ' Qutubul Aqtab' of the Shias claims that when Hazrat Umar (r.a.) pressurized and threatened Mola Ali (a.s.) to consent to this marriage with Umme Kulsum, he (Ali) miraculously transformed a female Jinn into the form, and appearance of Kulsum. Thus, Hazrat Umar (r.a.) married this female Jinn while the real Umme Kulsum remained in concealment. Only plunderers of Imaan could fabricate such nonsensical absurdity. This alleged miraculous transformation of the female Jinn is described in detail in the Shiah book, Mawaiz-e-Husainiyah.

Regarding this marriage, Abu Ja'far Yaqub Kaleeni, claims in his book Furoo'Kafi (an authoritative book of the Shias) that Hazrat Umar (r.a.) did not marry Umme Kulsum, but abducted her by force. According to these miserable Shia slanderers, Hazrat Umar captured her by force and fornicated with her (Nauzubillah!) and kept her in captivity against her wishes and without having performed nikah with her. Thus, then, is the reasoning of minds impregnated with kufr.

While the Shia clearly have a motive for denying that Ali's daughter married Umar, I am more interested in determining if the scholars who have no axe to grind have a say in the matter.

I would discard the stories of female djinns and abductions as unworthy of genuine scholarship. The best we can say is that the jury of scholars is out as to the real identity of Umm Kulthum that Umar married. She may or may not have been Ali and Fatima's daughter.

To marry Umm-e-Kulsoom (r.a) with Umar (r.a) was a subterfuge on the part of Ali (r.a) (Na’uzubillah). [Anwaar-ul-Na'umania, Vol#1, Pg#81-82 - Published Iran]

The scholars who have no axe to grind would be Sunni scholars. They respect Hazrat Ali just as much as Hazrat Umar and the other 2 khalifas and Hazrat Aisha. I would give their word more weight. I think most of those scholars agree that the Umm Kulthum referred to in this case is Hazrat Ali's daughter. Allah knows best.

How can Ali a.s marry his daughter umm kulsum to Umar ? Umar was Rasullahs father in law ( father of Hafsa) so he was grandfather of Fatema zahra s.a , so in relation he was great grand father of Umm kulsum . This marriage is haraam in islam . Umm Kulsum was married to Son of Jafar tayyar .

Well actually he was not :D There was no blood relation. Fatima was not a daugther of Hafsa but Khadija... So no relationship with Umar.
How can there be. Fatima the greatest of all women who ever lived, can ever be related to Umar...

Burhanuddin sahab claims he is slave of Imam Hussain (a.s.) however he doesn't follow the example of his master: Imam Hussain (a.s.) sacrificed his life but didn't tender apology to Sunni leader Yazeed to save his own and his followers life. Likewise, Imam Hasan (a.s.) sacrifieced his life but didn't tender apology to Sunni leader Mawiya.

Burhanuddin sahab, saved his own life, left his follower to die and against the established practice of Molana Qutbuddin Shaheed (r.a.), Imam Hussain (a.s.), etc tendered apology to Sunni's!!!

Apology is tendered when one makes mistakes. 'Masoom' never makes mistakes. Burhanuddin sahab tendering apology (record present in the multimedia section of this website) clearly infers Burhanuddin sahab is not Masoom.

Well argued point asif. Neither Ali nor Umar would have allowed this marriage.
