Some Responsibilities of the Husband and Rights of the Wife

Well, not according to the quran. Who am I going to believe? You or the quran?Marriage is a human construct - a product of history and society.
Huh!!To tie down God with it is to belittle God and to make marriage divine.
Next you will say that to tie down God with creation is to belittle God. How can God create dicks and vaginas!!!
Sure. Unless you understand the language of nature, which I am sure you don't.In nature there's no such thing as bastards.
Not according to the quran. Besides, if everyone was born out of incest, how come only the disbelievers are dumb? So, the conclusion is that Adam's progeny started out by incest.
Re: Some Responsibilities of the Husband and Rights of the W
In ancient times there was no concept of marriage. You don't have to believe me. Read history. If marriage was "natural" and created by God then it would have come naturally to them, just the way sex did.Well, not according to the quran. Who am I going to believe? You or the quran?
Re: Some Responsibilities of the Husband and Rights of the W
Humsafar,
You are talking about humans that were not created. For those that have evolved, marriage is still a strange concept, and bastard is just a word. There is no need to go to ancient times. I am talking about those that were created.

Re: Some Responsibilities of the Husband and Rights of the W
You mean to say some humans were created and some were not created? How do you differentiate? And pls spare me your smart-alecky answer!
Re: Some Responsibilities of the Husband and Rights of the W
Humsafar,
Easy. Those who believe they were created, were created. Those who don't, were not.How do you differentiate?
Some of your questions just cannot be answered in any other way.And pls spare me your smart-alecky answer!
Re: Some Responsibilities of the Husband and Rights of the W
So it all comes down to one's belief? And you are absolutely right. We create reality with our belief. We are all creators. We are all gods. Happily, your views after all align with those of great mystics.anajmi wrote:Easy. Those who believe they were created, were created. Those who don't, were not.
Re: Some Responsibilities of the Husband and Rights of the W
Unless someone pretends to believe in different things at different times. hmmmm, now who do I know who does that????So it all comes down to one's belief?
I have always told you that my self-realizing, God knowing, mystic becoming process is all completed. Please do not expect me to reciprocate. You are not one of those mystics.Happily, your views after all align with those of great mystics.
Re: Some Responsibilities of the Husband and Rights of the W
I'm not but you clearly are. You are creating reality with your belief - and in doing so undermining your belief in your avowed faith. Now that's a paradox which I bet even you didn't know you were capable of!anajmi wrote:I have always told you that my self-realizing, God knowing, mystic becoming process is all completed. Humsafar,
You are trying too hard. I have always agreed with the fact that you and other scientists/farts have evolved from monkeys. You are a tubelight, aren't you? Allah says in the quran that there was a group of people that was punished by turning them into monkeys. Maybe, those were your ancestors. There is no paradox.

Humsafar, you are a master of semantics! Hats off to you. Bravo.
Re: Some Responsibilities of the Husband and Rights of the W
I would like to correct, according to science, human didn't evolve from monkeys they did from apes...
Re: Some Responsibilities of the Husband and Rights of the W
According to science, humans, like all living things, evolved from inorganic, lifeless matter. The immediate ancestors of humans were not apes...maybe they were ape-like or better yet, human-like.Human wrote:I would like to correct, according to science, human didn't evolve from monkeys they did from apes...
You see, monkeys and apes are as much at the peak of the evolutionary process (ladder) as humans.

Porus,
You are right. According to science, everything in this world is made of matter. Humans, trees, animals etc, everything. Somehow the anti-matter disappeared from the world, however it still exists in the universe. Dark matter and dark energy still make up the majority of the universe.
