Respect Law of the Land

#1

Unread post by humanbeing » Thu Dec 15, 2011 3:39 am

Hi Readers

We are encouraged to follow laws and regulations of the country in which we live and earn our livelihood.

Digest these :

Kuwait Jamaat started MSB school in the basement of the main community hall; violating all norms, guidelines, permission, standards for a healthy school. Recently government officials came to know of such development and closed down the illegal school. After the closure, future of the kids is unsure, parents are now confused whether to wait for the MSB school to reopen or seek admission in mainstream legal schools. However education gained from MSB may not be recognized by other school leading to demotion of kids into lower classes to assure better foundation of knowledge.

Observation : Photos / posters of 2-Penny Shehzadas & Amils of Kuwait with Diplomatic Dignitaries are pasted all over the entrance of the Community Halls in Kuwait. For Commoner Bohra Mumin to see how pally our kothar is with big shots of the country.

If Kothar has so much influence with diplomatic dignitaries in Kuwait such as Indian Ambassador, King and Princes & Ministers, why couldn’t they open a school legally ?

There are more than 15 Indian schools, very well established and functioning in liaison with education ministry and by legal and infrastructural means. With so much funding and influence why is Kuwait jamaat not able to open a school ?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Majority of people, violate law of the land by remitting funds outside Kuwait through Hawala system. Which is deemed illegal and harmful to involved countries. One of the most popular hawala trader is awarded with Sheikh Title.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There is a vast tract of land opposite main community hall, that is a government property. During Big Mikaats (Ramadan, Muharram) there is heavy inflow of cars. Although Government does not object parking of cars on that grounds to facilitate smooth flow of traffic. However Jamaat charges parking fees for first 4 rows opposite to main entrance, this 4 rows are marked as VIP parking.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A portion of one of the regional community hall (Salmiya Markaz) was raised as it was constructed without permission of the local municipality. Municipality objected / refused to authorize constructions due to conflicting practice of Namaz as per Islam !

I have a genuine question here : Can followers perform Namaaz below Imam leading the prayers (i.e in the basement) ?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One of the respected Sheikhs have confessed proudly that Ministers are bribed to keep functioning of Jamaat smooth / for ‘Khidmat of Bohra Mumineen‘.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A recent fraud of Cheque embezzlement came to limelight. Fraudsters have duped many people of their cash by promising plum returns on cheques issued. Modus operandi of the fraudster is : Issue him a cheque of say KD 100 he would return the payment with a cheque of KD 150 after few days, without any knowledge from where the extra cash is coming. Many Bohra mumins and Big shots of jamaat invested in this scheme to make a quick buck. The amount pledged in this unfair and unknown scheme is humongous. At present many big shots sheikhs are sitting sad with having lost big bucks. This entire scam is nothing but a vulgar scheme of embezzled money. The very Sheikh who gave tall bayaans of refraining from such sources of livelihood has pledged big bucks !
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kuwait is one of the prominent country in gulf with Bohra presence. Till now there is no official bohra masjid constructed. Government does not object allotting space for masjids (Kuwait is an Arab-Islamic country), however any religious setup requires government permission and adherence to guidelines, such as :

Masjid Shall be open to everyone for prayers.

Friday sermons / Bayaans written literature shall be submitted to Ministry.

Amil / Imam has to give a test / exam to ascertain / pass qualification to be a Imam for masjids

Please note, Kuwait has Shia presence too, they are many Shia Masjids and Hussainiya (community halls) finely allowed and supported by government.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To vouch for accuracy of the information above, you may confirm with any common bohra mumin from Kuwait.

you are absoultly rite my brother, kuwait jamaat really need to change, because they only taking money from people.
And one intresting point is that they don't have proper accountant, if u will ask for HOW MUCH COLLECTION IN SABIL? ...they don't have any record.
2009 i paid my full sabil, with receipt voucher from jamaat. And in 2011 they are saying that i don't paid sabil from last 5years.
MSB SCHOOL THEY ARE PLANNING TO OPEN IN MAHBULA, I THINK SO? BUT THEY NEED HUGE COLLECTION FROM BOHRAS COMMUNITY.

respect the law of the land?! what is that??

is it when syedna and his retinue were caught smuggling currency out of tanzania and had to engage a lawyer and MP - khambalia - to fight his case and be allowed back into the country after nearly 10 years?

or is it when syedna and his horde were detained for smuggling diamonds and precious stones out of the old ceylon and had to bribe their way out?

or is it when the kothar does not pay a single penny of tax in any country and indulges in massive tax evasions?

or is it when syedna was thrown out of saudi arabia for money laundering and abusing the charity of the saudi king by charging big amounts for the food at the faiz when most of it is supplied for free?

or is it when syedna and his good-for-nothing family accept salaams for kadambosi and ziyafats etc in big sums of cash and do not declare them?

Hi Allush

I believe they have a fantastic resource to keep records.. they must have misplaced your records .. We can give them a benefit of doubt .. its not a corrupt practice. Morever you had payment receipts .. so Hope All was settled !!..
Regarding MSB in Mahboula ! yes there was a presentation in one of the majlis. The amount required is substantial .. also there are various guidelines which has to be followed ..

I believe it will be an Indian School, affiliated to CBSE and its curriculum.
It has to be open to all students
Islamic Education / History is compulsory

Hi SBM
Nops ! This is not the school which govt closed down. MSB was in the basement of the main community hall !! It remains closed now .. the one in the pictures could be another MSB in another area .. usually .. markaz, spare office space become makeshift educational centres to impart deeni taalim.

Look at the shamelessness of the guy sitting on the chair. The abde is sitting in front of him with folded hands and he continues watching his monitor. And then look at the worthlessness of the abde sitting with folded hands in front of this sethiya, there probably not to take, but to give!!

abdes deserve this.

i say, bravo!

in fact, i would send an arzi to saifee mahal urging them to step up the humiliation, insults and ridicule of abdes, ground them more into the dust and increase the pressure hundred fold on the meek and cowardly sheep to give up all their wool.

aqs,
your brethren on this forum who go to these websites more then any abde.
That is because the abdes are spending more time on this website. As the God Father said, keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer.

MSB school has closed down, so far there is no report or Zaroori Elaan on its re opening. Fees paid by parents are struggling to recover the money. Worse ! children are left midway in a schooling term. Ending up loosing an academic year. Now queuing up at Secular Indian Schools for admissions.

A saving grace idea by the Jamaat is to conduct classes twice in a week at some private rented flat, students are advised to come in normal casual dress without noise or commotion. Also MSB school administration is providing DTH (direct to home) teaching guidelines to cover topics, Indirectly its parents who are schooling the children at home and paying fees to MSB (lol). Assignments, homework and notes are emailed to parents for reference.
