Kuwait Jamaat Income & Expense Statement

#1

Unread post by humanbeing » Fri Dec 28, 2012 3:47 am

Dear Readers

Possible estimate of Kuwait Jamaat Income & Expenses sources. Although these are not official quotes, but more or less by authentic information collected from payees.

Expenditures :

An average cost of Area wise community hall (markaz) is (rent) KD 500 + (maint.) KD 200 = KD 700 per month. There are approx 10 markaz in Kuwait :
(Salmiya X 2), (Khaitan X 2), Hawally, Mirqaab, Abbasiya, Fahaheel, Jahra, Isteeqlal

There is a central markaz called Hussainiya (burhani markaz) at Ardiya, which is said to be a purchased property by a Bahraini Bohra many years ago, although its an owned property by Kuwait jamaat, the maintenance expense of the property is high, we can ball park that to KD 1000 per month

Kuwait Aamil stays in a posh bunglow; rent is approx. KD 1600/- per month

2 Administrative offices;
Salmiya : Owned building by Kuwait jamaat, however considering real estate prices consider KD 3000 per month as rent and maintenance

Mirqab : 2 residential apartment converted into an office, rent and maintenance can be approx KD 500 per month.

Salaries & Administration cost = 2000 Per month

Considering above properties : we can say fixed monthly expenditure is : 7000 + 1000 + 1600 + 3000 + 500 + 2000 = KD 15,000 per month approx.

Incomes :

Sabeel :
Employed bachelors : Upto one year from entry into Kuwait = KD 1 per month & Post 1 year = KD 3 per month
Families : Concessional request = KD 5 per month & Normal rate = KD 7 per month
Sabeel payable by businessmen = KD 14 per shop per month
Ramadan Masalla Tax : KD 7 per masalla (per adult)

Wajebaaat : I leave that to one’s imagination and experience, however an estimate is 20 % hike over previous paid wajebaats. Wajebaat collection includes others [haqqun nafs, ikraam, nazarul mukaam, najwa, hajj-e-badal, other project donations]

Commercial leasing : every markaz are rented out for personal occasions such as : Birthdays, Nikaahs, Fateha, Nisbat, and darees. Lease charges are = KD 30 per day [cost of using the premises and utilities] + refundable deposit of KD 30 [subject to deductions on damage of leased items]

Voluntary donations : Hoob, Silatul Imam, Najwa, Qarde Hasana, Ikraam, raza salaam, kaffarat, sadaqa, Tehniyet and zabihat.

Approximated guess on Bohra population in Kuwait is 24000.

I request fellow bohras from Kuwait to come forward and correct me wherever I have wrongly quoted. Also share more information, that can be useful in addition.

kick the old timeres of the jamaat goonda committee and bring fresh new and young into the jamaat committee to straighten the money part out. It is obvious money is being collected so the rich can become more rich.

Corrupt mind is not dependent on age. New fresh minds are more sinister and sophisticated, few young minds have introduced (innocently or intently) technology that tightens the grip on commoner bohras.

There could be some old wise and conscience men who would put some brakes to Kuwait jamat’s mindless greed. Recent visit of muffy maula is one vulgar example where faithful were looted. Within 2 days of news, Kuwait jamat managed to create a payment scheme and made some real quick bucks. KD 11 – 786, shameless segregation of faithful on basis of wealth. 2 hours and 60 + ziyafats and 15 + nikaahs took place exchanging moolah by the minute.

Young ones could be more corrupt as greed for wordly pleasure would make them insensitive whereas oldies would have some conscience nearing their graves.

There has been whistleblowers, who let the cat out, thankfully scams such as; Kufa Masjid fund, ponzi scheme were out.

awesome work done by bro hb in khidmat of emam uz zamaan.

The fund for mainteneance expenses needs for kuwait jamaat general operations are recovered more than enough as a rent only from daily private functions like jamans for birthday, misaaq marriage blah blah blah.

A lot of things required for mainteneance are sponsored privately by mumineens like an l c d tv required for live relay is donated by xyz mumeen.

Now the compulsory sabeel amount recovered from each n every community members is a net profit which is an average income equal to one million indian rupees per day. [may be more but not less for sure]

I dont know what they do with this money, what i can guess only is that it is shared between aamil [90%] and powerful postholders of jamaat [sheikhs & some small spoons who in future goes on to become obri the robbery ].

Amazing new offer !!

the front runner in jahiliyat and loot, Kuwait jamaat has proposed a new deal for 102 milaad.
According to the bhaisaheb EVERY mumin should do a salaam of 1 gram gold MINIMUM this salgirah and the higher ups should do 5 - 10 grams obviously the shiekhs.

are they having trouble stocking up notes or is it too much of an effort to count,

cant believe where the community is heading.

Hi Dbc1

Please share some insight on Muzakeraat that are going on in Kuwait Jamaat, I have heard these are paid muzakeraat and one must pay an amount to register for all or few sessions.
I was not able to get hold of exact information, but roughly I have heard its 40 – 45 KD for all the sessions ?

When conmen run the system, what do you expect. Take the example of some high level member (of Banswara origin) who controls the Fahaheel jamaat. He was involved in the investment fraud in which many wealthy bohra businessmen were conned to the tune of lakhs of dinars... His son is in kuwait jail for 10 years as they had taken some Kuwaiti's money for that investment that went bad.. he went underground for sometime and is back to the same position in jamat... Such men are running what they say is Imam us zaman (SA)'s Dawat

@ Wise Guy,
Obviously the Chori starts from the top.
All monies collected in the name of religion or masjids or Zarihs is all unaccounted so what if a poor rajasthani has collected a few lakh Dinars from the same Bohras who would gladly give millions to the already rich Dai and the Shah Zaadas. Let the common mumin also enjoy his share of the booty.

Dear KM1
Sharing information is one of the effort in creating awareness. A contribution towards speaking up against the tyranny.

watsup msg :-

KUWAIT AMIL SAHEBO NA PROFILE LIST :-

Salmiya Amil : Full time mobile use in office and no time punctuality. Mumenin always waiting and waiting.

Khaitan Amil Taheri : In front of public very mukhlis and shows he doesn't have salams greed but inside jamat he forces them for salams like hell. Jamat also worried now, his son is in India but salams goes to him always.

Istiqlal Amil : Always talks very rude with mumenin and likes women more as he personally takes practice sessions for Zakeraat by making them sit very close. His wife looks like an adivasi so he is fond of other women. Maybe he also is greedy for salams. Only salam and no hisaab of Jamat.

Hawally Amil : Has Mercedes car and fond of expensive things and watches ladies majlis on CCTV in his house. He looks like a kid.

Abbasiya Amil : He also is a very big fan of women. Used to go to houses when women were alone.

Mirqab Amil : He has taken more then 15,000 KD illegally from Jamat and has not given any hisab. Jamat has done araz to all shehzadas also but no response.

See the situation of these Amils in Kuwait. What can we expect of them ? They just lust for money and sex.

The Gulf states contribute to a large extent the coffers of Saifee Mahal. Does anyone slaughter a lactating cow ?

You all forget, there is one dawat na saheb , who goes from maskan to maskan and like beggar collect from every member 1 dinar . Imagine the amount he collects from all the bachelors of maskan in Kuwait In 1993-94 I was a witness to mudharbhaisaheb asking 15 dinar as wajebat from a small ordinary mumeen whose monthly income was just 60 dinar. In those days just after gulf war every dinar was as precious like water in desert.

In Kuwait, you have to pay 21 dinars for each masallah (you heard me right - 21 per head ) if you want a masallah space. This amount doesn't include any hub for jaman or other things that need to be paid.

Brother Mumin_DB ... forget about 7 KD or 21 KD .. you are not even supposed to pay a single fil. It's a masjid .. Khuda nu ghar .. and masalla space cannot be bought or sold in it.

How serious you're about this info? I guess it's good fun to caricature amils (who deserve it to an extent) but it's counter productive for those who are here to look for actual karnamas of these people.

Haha your ignorance amazes me. Dont you just believe whatever your janab or your chor dai muffu says without questioning it? He tells you guys to give lanats and you do. He asks for money like a beggar and you happily give it to him. He stages a fake nass in raudat tahera and you believe hin and go on singing " muffudal maula zindabad, muffadal maula to maula che, and su nirali shaan che"
