Look at this. He is so confident that the abdes are able to handel any any frud by bribing the officials. he know that nothing will happend. Only the local jamat members will be told to pay for this bribe.

But it looks like they have been requested to hold on the matter till Birthday celebrations are over without any embarrassment. However the reformist's advocate has again sought help through RTI.

Now in July 2011 Udaipur Municipal Council, after conducting an internal inquiry has confirmed that the said Parman Patra is fake and some one has misused the stationary and seal of the Council. Also the Council could not ascertain who is the person who had signed on the Fake Ownership Certificate (Parman Patra) which is in the possession of new Shia Dawoodi Bohra Jamaat (Anjuman-e-Burhani) in Udaipur. Therefore it has now lodged a FRI against Anjuman-e-Burhani (Shia Dawoodi Bohra Jamat) in the Surajpole Police Station, Udaipur. Taking the matter seriously the Municipal Council has issued orders to police for checking and verifying the Signature and filing a case against the Culprits.

There has been no court case on this issue as such. The administration investigated the fruad and found the officials guily, it was published in local papers. The city administration is deciding how to prosecute the said officials. The abdes are clearly guilty of the fraud and this episode shows that they can stoop to any level to claim properties which are not their. Shame on you.
