Texas Amil’s Sons Arrested

On June 11, 2013, Bexar County Sheriff’s Department arrested Amil Saheb Shk. Yusuf Ezzi’s sons, Husain & Burhanuddin. For nearly one year, the district attorney's office had been investigating their business for fraud. Both Husain & Burhanuddin Ezzi were handcuffed and taken to Bexar County jail on FELONY charge of “trademark counterfeiting” Both were later release on bail; both were ordered to be back in court on Aug 30, 2013. It is obvious that their father, Amil Saheb, must be aware and in collusion with his sons. They may also have taken Raza from Kothar.
Amil Saheb and his above sons Husain & Burhanuddin everyday gang upon on Jamat Bohras and extract Ziyada si Ziyada. They bully those resisting Bohras saying, “Mola don't need you or your money” Since Amil and his sons make easy money by black means, they have no concept how difficult it is to survive on honest Rizq. Their behavior both inside the Jamat and outside is unacceptable.
Amil Saheb sitting on Takhat and sounding as if he crying, says, “Mara Momino haram na kaam na karjo” However this arrest shows Amil is fooling Bohras. They are hypocrite
Two Moharram ago, Amil saheb went to India for a recess of six months. Then he was stuck in India because the United States Customs Department found him taking illegally currency over $10,000 USD; money was confiscated. For this, his visa was not extended.
Also, Amil Saheb was found involved in a business with another person who was procuring young girls and sending them to city Chorpus Christi, Texas, USA, for prostitution. Degree of Amils involvement in this prostitution business is not clear; yet, it appears he is too much deep into various swindles.

Amil Shk. Yusuf Ezzi should be removed. If not, then Jamat Bohras should write to Immigration department because he may be in USA without valid visa as his visa-extension application was recently rejected.

Following are certified copies of true bill of indictment as well as full case files for both of the sons.

It brings me great shame to share this news with you, but enough is enough. On June 11, 2013 Amil Saheb Shk. Yusuf Ezzi bhai's sons (Husain & Burhanuddin) were arrested by Bexar County Sheriff's Department. The district attorney's office had been investigating their business for nearly one year for fraud. They (Husain & Burhanuddin EZZI) were handcuffed, arrested and taken to Bexar County jail for FELONY trademark counterfeiting. They were both able to get out of jail on bail and are due back in court on Aug 30, 2013. It would be very difficult for me to believe that Amil Saheb was unaware of what they are doing. Their behavior both inside the jamaat and outside is unacceptable.

Amil Saheb and his 3 sons gang up on members of the jamaat and constantly say they they don't need our money and they can do everything themselves. If we all made money by theft then we too can say that we will pay for everything, but some of us know how to do a honest days work without scamming others.
Amil Saheb preaches not to do haram kaamo but maybe he should look inside his own house.

Perhaps it is time for Amil Saheb Shk. Yusuf Ezzi to step down since he isn't even on his priest visa anymore.

Here are some facts. Two Ashara ago amil saheb went to India for over six months. The reason he was stuck in India was because the United States Customs Department found him taking currency well over $10,000 USD illegally without claiming it. Because of this he was not granted his priest visa renewal. Amil Saheb was also involved in business with another person that was taking girls and sending them to Chorpus Christi, TX for prostitution. Now it may just be a coincidence that he was in business with him but there are too many other scams that they have been doing.
We have also been asking for the annual accounting for the jamaat and he refuses to show it to anyone.
I have included certified copies of true bill of indictment as well as full case files for both of the sons.
I hope that someone will be able to forward this to all Shezada Sahebs DM and al vazarat offices.

We have written letters in the past but this this time we are including proof for the arrests and we urge you to look into this matter.

here is a trick this ashtar plays. everytime you see him he will be holding the hand of the mumin or whoever. This is to make the other person feel important and closeness thinking that ashtar is old and needs help and he is asking for my support so ashtar can stand and walk . This is a ploy. do not fall for it. Ashtar can do swimming and play table tennis all day long. dont be fooled. He is fit and fine but just wants to pretend, to make the other person feel important. I can see through and through his acting and his sarcastic smile.
