Sabil demanded for an unborn child

It's that time of year again - the jamaats are demanding sabil payments.

There is a new addition on the sabil statements now demanding a specific amount for "pregnancy".

Khotari's - please explain why a feotus needs to pay. Trust this is just another way to increase your assets?

On oneside a Dawoodi Bohra is NOT accepted as a Dawoodi Bohra unless he gives Misaq to Daiz-Zaman at the age of 15 or 18 years and on otherside they do not forget to charge Wajebat even on Hamal (unborn babies) and they call it Religion!
Kothar has lost court cases on this account as they had no reasonable explaination for such practice but they still continue the same. Because today for Sayedna Saheb and his Kothar Money is more important than Religion.

Wajebaat .. correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this like 'pocket money' for the Da'i that is given unconditionally and for his upkeep and maintainance only ?

Our present Dai has remained weak and position hungary since begining. His mother was killed by poisioning and her entire family opposed her husband, Sayedna Taher Saifuddin and walked out off Badri and Saifee Mahal but he remained with the killers of her mother. He played in the hands of his crual and scheming father and after his death in the hands of his brother Yusuf Najmuddin and created a hell for the community. Merciless beating of four Ustads ulema of Jameya Saifia Surat and innocent women of Udaipur at Galiakot are two incidents which are biggest blots on him and clear indication of his weakness. So our Dai is just an instrument for collecting Wajebat and other funds. The unaccounted and illegal wealth is actually enjoyed by other mini-Dais in Kothar.
