Role of Women now v/s in the Past

The one and only free public forum for Bohras. The focus of this forum is the reform movement, the Dawoodi Bohra faith and, of course, the corrupt priesthood. But the discussion is in no way restricted to the Bohras alone.

His wife Khadijah was the first person who accepted Islam after Prophet Mohammed. When Prophet was looking for Solace, courage , it was most powerful and wealthy women of Arabia who stood up to the Pagan Crowd and defended Mohammed SAW and helped spread Islam. A successful business woman who raised daughter like Fatema and raised a wonderful family, a woman entire Muslim Ummah is proud of

When Imam Ali was facing rebellion from all corners, it was his wife Fatema who helped him though his difficult time. As a mother she raised children like Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain and while Ali was facing all kinds of political trouble, it was Fatema who provided him the counseling, courage and a great soldier, She is an example of a Wife and Mother, Islam is proud of
Sister
After the shaadat of Imam Hussain, it was his sister Zainab who took command of his caravan as Imam Zainul Abdeen was sick. When she was paraded through the streets of Karbala and Najf, she did not surrender. It was Zainabl who recounted the torture upon the Shohdahs and the family of the Prophet in front of the most powerful man of the time Yazid. She was brave to tell the people of Iraq what happened at Karbala, It was her bravery that world came to know about Karbala and because of her story, Yazid Dynasty start its downfall. A mother, a sister, and a brave leader who stood up to tyranny

If it was not for Hurrut UL Maleka, there would have no DAWAT, she was a scholar, and was counsel to many of the Duaats. It is was not for her courage, there would have been not Dawat. She was a great mother-a leader and scholar,

Women has been contributing in all fronts of life. In the past they toiled for the family in so many ways and supported and encouraged their families. In the present, they work and contribute financially as well and look after the house and well being of their families. Women do more work than men in our society and still discriminated because they have the capability to outperform men.

Nothing wrong in making rotis or cooking as long as its not the only task a woman is required to do against her willingness.
Its a different story altogether if it brings her a sense of satisfaction and enjoyment by doing just that.
If this is forcibly implemented, its like women going back to ground zero and coming up again battling the odds at that time would only get worse.
The world would have gone so ahead in the meantime. Even more worse!

Yes, nothing wrong in making roti, men should also participate in making roti as well, why women should be forced to make roti. Their lord the savior MS orders are that women should make roti, they are being forced to perform this task against their will or so it seems. A man should be not marry a woman so she makes roti and cook for him, there is much more to a relationship than mere cooking and cleaning by a wife. A wife is someone who walks with her husband not behind her husband.
