Mangalore, May 16: Overjoyed with Narendra Modi led-BJP’s historic victory at the centre and BJP candidate Nalin Kumar Kateel’s second consecutive win in Dakshina Kannada Lok Sabha constituency, inebriated saffron activists resorted to hate crime and attacked two Masjids in separate places of the district on Friday.
Under the pretext of victory celebration a group of BJP activists, raising Hara-Hara Modi slogans stormed inside the compound of a Masjid and burst crackers at Kambalabettu in Vittla Moodnoor village of Bantwal taluk.
The BJP workers damaged the window panes of the Masjid by pelting stones and destroyed a stage built to host religious programmes.
Reliable sources said that at around 12:55 p.m. dozens of jubilant BJP activists reached near the Masjid from different directions including Kamblabettu and Shantinagara. They parked their vehicles and stormed into Masjid compound without any provocation.
There are two Masjids in the village. The incident occurred at Muhiyuddin Juma Masjid when all Muslims had gathered at Ibrahim Khaleel Masjid for Juma prayers. It was decided to perform Juma together at one Masjid this week.
The BJP activist also tried to harm the Muhiyuddin Juma Masjid Khatheeb, who was getting ready to go to Ibrahim Khaleel Masjid. However, he managed to escape from the hands of the miscreants and reached another Masjid.
Following the incident, Bantwal DySP Rashmi and sleuths from Vittla police station visited the spot and tried to bring the situation under control.
A case has been registered against nine people at Vittla police station in connection with the incident. Local residents identified few of the accused as Ramdas, Sunith, Ganesh, Gangadhar, Nandakumar, Harish, Vasant, Karunakar, Jagadish.
Suralpady
Meanwhile, another group of miscreants, believed to be BJP activist, reportedly pelted stones at a Masjid in Suralpady near Kaikamba under the limits of Bajpe police station.

everybody is going against modi here and only worried about what will happen to muslims, if they are talking only about muslims then they are also communal, so why point fingers towards others --just and eye opener what happens to muslims in other countries

For the first time, not a single Muslim was elected to the 543-member Lok Sabha from Uttar Pradesh, which has 80 seats.

The maximum number of Muslim MPs, six, were elected from West Bengal, followed by four from Bihar.

Three parliamentarians were elected from both Jammu and Kashmir and Kerala, two from Assam, and one each from Andhra Pradesh, Lakshwadeep and Tamil Nadu.

The winning Muslim candidates belong to the Trinamool Congress, CPI(M), Congress, Rashtriya Janata Dal, Nationalist Congress Party, Lok Janshakti Party, People's Democratic Party, All India United Democratic Front, AIADMK, All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen and Indian Union Muslim League.

The representation of Muslims in the new Lok Sabha will be the lowest since India's first election 62 years ago, when they accounted for about 4.3 per cent of the total number of MPs. The outgoing Lok Sabha had 30 Muslim members.

Muslim representation in the Lok Sabha hit a high of 9.3 per cent (49 members) in 1980.

The world's political elephants are slowly dying off. A fall from grace of the mighty Indian National Congress; so old, so possessed of long memory, so respected for its stability and so changeless. We can argue whether Modi is the shrewd economic reformer India badly needs or a dangerous Hindu supremacist who will threaten India's great tradition of pluralism.
Congress, for all those years that it was in power, allowed corrupt and impenetrable institutions to misgovern small and large cities, transportation networks, police and trade. It did nothing against rape, starvation, gross sexual discrimination, corruption and official brutalty. India today has more starvation-level poverty than all of Africa and the worst living conditions for women in the world. Modi, a former chaiwalla who can hardly put a sentence together in English has found himself in the hot seat. The world is watching as he takes on the job. I must commend him, his backers and thousands of techy volunteers who campaigned with facebook, twitter, skype, internet, media, etc. to blitz the masses to say 'we are the viable alternative'.
Muslims, under Congress, were thrown a bone or two once in a while but they were not getting anywhere. And in this election they defected and voted other than Congress. Under the Ambanis, Mahindra, Premjis, Tatas, etc. made billions on the back of workers and that is all Congress can show (!) for its overdue departure. A blot, the massacre in Gujarat, is a broken record which even the US and Europe has turned a blind eye to is just a blot and nothing else. Soon that will be a distant memory. Bohras, the pretenders to the throne of Daiship and their thousands of parasitic hangers-on will be left shouting: Amaru shu, Amaru Shu'. Modi will have bigger fish to fry! Pity all those braying Bohra women who lined up tirelessly to tie a 'rakhi' on Modi's wrist. Did they expect something and can Modi give it to them? A Gujarati adage comes to mind: Tu kai vaadi ni muri'

BJP's 31% lowest vote share of any party to win majority

The fact that the BJP has won a majority on its own in the 16th Lok Sabha has, inevitably, drawn comparisons with previous elections in which parties have won a majority of seats on their own. What has not quite figured in most of these comparisons is the fact that no party has ever before won more than half the seats with a vote share of just 31%. Indeed, the previous lowest vote share for a single-party majority was in 1967, when the Congress won 283 out of 520 seats with 40.8% of the total valid votes polled.

This statistical fact points to an important aspect of the latest 'wave'. Far from spelling the end of a fractured polity, the 2014 results show just how fragmented the vote is. It is precisely because the vote is so fragmented that the BJP was able to win 282 seats with just 31% of the votes.

Simply put, less than four out of every 10 votes opted for NDA candidates and not even one in three chose somebody from the BJP to represent them.

With the combined vote share of the BJP and Congress - the two major national parties - adding up to just over 50%, almost half of all those who voted in these elections voted for some other party.

The NDA does not need any outside support to form the government. Indeed, the BJP can form it even on its own. But unless it ropes in others, it will become the government with the lowest popular support in terms of vote share after the Rao government.

NOW THAT MODI IS ABOUT TO OCCUPY THE PRIME MINISTERIAL CHAIR, BEWARE OF THE FOLLOWING :-

THE PROTOCOLS FOR HINDU LEADERS

This book was introduced into the London book market for 5 days, before it was withdrawn due to fear of harassment and
discrimination against Hindus in the Arab world. The source of this information comes from the U.A.E .Sharjah broadcasting Channel presented by Ra'ad Aman and the program's name, 'Foreign writings '.

Book Title : 'All Hindus Wake up '
Sub-heading : 'The protocols for Hindu leaders '
Author : Dr.R. Singh

These are 13 of the protocols mentioned:

1. Hindus must consider the state of Israel as its most friendly ally due to its negative attitude towards Muslims.

2. Spread sinful acts and values within Muslim communities.

3. Hindu temples must be built in all places possible and to be visited every day. Also the statue of "Ram" (their god) to be placed in the work place.

4. Regular meetings are to be held to plan ways in working against Islam.

5. Distribution of drugs and prostitution to be carried out within Muslim countries and communities.

6. Sexual relationships with Muslim women to be encouraged to ensure the production of Hindu babies within Muslim communities.

7. If you are a pharmacist or doctor attending Muslim pregnant women, try at all costs to induce congenital defects in their fetus.

8. If you are a nurse or doctor, whisper "Ohm" into the Muslim newborn's ear. (like what Muslims say adhan)

9. Try to spoil or damage goods in Muslim shops if you are employed by them.

10. Become their friends, gain their trust and stab them in the back.

11. Be friends to other non-Muslim communities and turn them against Muslims.

12. If you work in their homes, try to influence their children or wives way of thinking.

13. Wear a black string around your wrist.

True India

It is just an advertisement, but it shows the current scenario of our City as well as Nation.
Lets not forget that Hindu-Muslims together make a society or else they will always remain communities. Nice work and nice message . ‪#‎Kudos‬

Subject: SC Judgment acquitting Muslims convicted for Akshardham case can be downloaded now...

Friends, on 16th May, 2014 while a large number of Indians were glued to the tv sets and radio awaiting the election results, another quiet human drama was unfolding in the Supreme Court. On that day the SC delivered its judgment in the case of conviction of Muslims for carrying out the attack on devotees in Akshardham temple in Ahmedabad. THE SC ACQUITTED ALL THE ACCUSED INCLUDING THOSE SENTENCED TO death, life and lesser sentences 5 to 10 years). The SC held that the case was totally foisted on them and they were uninvolved and innocent.

What is remarkable is that the POTA Trial court and the High Court of Gujarat had both convicted the accused and therefore the SC effectively was overturning the concurring judgments of 2 courts. The entire case rested on confessions given by the accused, which were repudiated later on (i.e. withdrawn by them). The SC pointed out that there were so many inconsistencies amongst the confession statements themselves, that they could not be believed, apart from a important point, that there was no independent evidence to lend support to the confessions. The SC pointed out poignantly the effect of such failure to notice inconsistencies as the consequence was that the accused found themselves convicted and sentenced for serious crimes.

The following quotes are poignant and tell their own story:

Para. 131: " ..... take note of the perversity in considering this case at various stages, right from investigation level to the granting of sanction by the State Government ..... WE BEING THE APEX COURT CANNOT AFFORD TO SIT WITH FOLDED HANDS WHEN SUCH GROSS VIOLATION OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS OF THE CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY WERE PRESENTED BEFORE US".

para 136: "Before parting with the judgment, we intend t express our anguish about the incompetence with which the investigating agencies conducted the investigation of the case of such a grievous nature, involving the integrity and security of the Nation. Instead of booking the real culprits responsible for taking so many precious lives, the police
caught innocent people and got imposed the grievous charges against them which is resulted in their conviction and subsequent sentencing".

The SC also passed comments against the then Home Minister for according sanction for prosecution under the then POTA law. Very importantly, the Home Minister who earned the ire of the SC was, Narendra Modi.

Modi Swearing-In and Muffi

Unread post by JC » Fri May 23, 2014 2:06 pm

Since Modi is becoming PM of India due to the duas of Late Mr. Burhanuddin and Mr. Muffat-Dal, has he invited Mr. Muffat-Dal to his Swearing-In ceremony to shower upon him barakat and barakat??!!

Abdes should take this (Modi becoming PM) as 'disguise in blessing' as from now on till hopefully 5 years Modi will have almost no time for Muffat-Dal and Gang. His duties and responsibilities will have gone up tremendously and will have no time for this non-sense. Also, now the opposition will watch him very very carefully.

Guess now Muffi should try his luck with Annadiben Patel... :D
