I was under impression that these two highest post in our religion has to perform some work for the betterment of the society. But both the persons has no capability or energy to work for the betterment of the society. They will be used to extract money for gullible like sms has done while smb was alive.
These two gentlemen will be safed hathi to the society and will not do any khidmat or any good work for the society but will become tool to extract khidmat form the bohras.

Below is my thought process of how I perceived the bohra governance hierarchy worked :

Dai being the supremo religious leader providing the vision, mission and spiritual guidance to bohra community.

Mazoon being the second in command, responsible for religious practices and its adherence , awareness, education and guidance. Someone over seeing education portfolio, pilgrimage portfolio etc

Mukasir being the third in command, responsible for facility administration and other secular aspects of serving the community such as grievances from commoners, secular advises.

The common responsibility of above three position would be to keep educating, supporting, caring and guiding commoners in all aspects of life be it deeni or duniya.

Muallims, Amils, Shiekhs, NKD, MKD, Mullahs, Ayans and Khidmatguzaars are the staff at various levels with designated job descriptions to serve the community in respective field of expertise under the guidance of Dai, Mazoon and Mukasir.

This Structure sounds very good on paper, but in practice it is haywire in the current scenario. SMS the great Dai is a short tempered entertainer and globetrotter. Mazoon is like silent Ex-PM of India Man-Mohan Singh and Mukasir is visibly hidden from all actions going on in the community. Bohra priestly class appears to be bunch of bureaucratic, laanat throwing, short tempered, hypocrite mullahs clad in white robes. They seem more like cunning yet stupid politicians running the bohra community affairs like a TV show announcing fancy but hollow and short-lived schemes. Fooling foolish abdes with their dazzling fireworks of words and rova-jevu-moo apart from insensitive show and pomp of extravagance displaying their double standards.

Exactly my perception of the top 3 rutbas.
As you rightly said, it looks good on paper but the ground reality is much different. In response to your statement "in practice it is haywire in the current scenario", I would go a step further and say that it is non-existential. Everything is controlled by the Dai and there are a few very powerful and shrewd people who are responsible in taking all the major decisions and who can, when the time comes, also control the Dai. There is nothing for the Mazoon and Mukasir to do except twiddle their thumbs.
Coming down the ladder to the Amils/Shaikhs/Mullas et al, instead of serving the people with sincerity, they are more interested in making a fast buck by hook or by crook at the expense of the common masses. And they do this by terrorizing the people into submission. Of course, their actions and attitudes have the blessings of the higher-ups which makes them bold enough to care less about any complaints against them. They know that the bosses need them as much as they need the bosses. It's like "you scratch my back, I scratch yours".
Come to think of it, you can compare them to our government babus and even the police. They should be the ones serving the public but instead we are so scared of them that we address even the lowest of their cadre as "saheb". Now our community has become just like a political government and religion has no place in it.
According to the clergy : Allah, Mohammed, Ali, Fatema, Hasan, Husain please take the back seat. Your message and teachings are of no use to us. Our people will listen only to the noorani kalemaat that we have to convey and will do exactly what we command them to do. We will just use your names whenever and wherever required for our benefit.

Where are these Abdes have they vanished or are they just feeling lost themselves.

Abdes see if you can explain this in a vast population of bohra around the world. We also have highly educated individuals and many of them along with education of the world have also excelled in deenee talim.

Why than is our community only dependant on the one single family for all the post in the dawat. Has the teachings of our community been so bad that there cannot be any other learned man from the community to handle any position.

Common the abdes here should not keep quite now and reply to this.

All the people who have Ex-mazoon Saheb name have gone to hell? since he has lost all the associations with the current emperor of dawoodi bohra!
