I have recently read book by Khusawant Singh about religion (agonist Khusawnat ) . he correctly explain about religion's gradual detoriation of power regrading legal issues and state laws and legal system have replaced it . now mola want this system to back in culture. It is very surprising that whole world is moving forward with strict division of regilous matter and legal matter . but we are moving backward.
It is diserable that our elders resolving cases of family matter peecfully . but danger is in bohra cult everything is black and white. Strict ban will deprive common bohra legal help.
Strict ban on Court cases and police case will make our amils and shezadas like khaps of harayana .this is like parallel legal system .
And biggest danger is that in this legal system merit of case will not be considered but money and status will be considered. Amil and his chamcha will decide complex matters without legal qualifications.
Second thought Ramzan is coming kothar is talking precautionary steps.

Syedna want full Dada Giree. He is not interested in justice, but minting more money. He always support Rich, who pay Najwa.
And he and his Qasre Aali Shayateen and Kothar never help poor, in any matter, instead harass them. See the case of Poor Mumineen who are suffering due to Sood Khwar partners of Taha Hakimuddin, son of Mukasir Qasim.
