Another SCAM in the offing !!

It is a known fact that the Saifee Mahal mafias knock down old Masjids or build new ones in order to extort money from the local Bohras which is a lot more then the actual cost of the project, it is almost 10 times the actual cost or sometimes even more. After the Bohras are squeezed of their last penny and the Masjid is constructed, the Dai is invited for innaugration for which he again charges fees which is equal to the cost of project and which runs into crores of rupees. The latest scam is the construction of a Masjid at Amreli, Gujarat. What is different about this scam is that even Jamats in other cities are roped in to extort money from their cities. A fatwa is issued recently to the Surat Bohras to 'contribute' in this scam :-

Mr Raju did confirm that from legal standpoint muddy was not awardee and no award has been conferred on him.there was foul play by Bharodia against which stern action will be taken. Strongly appeal to reformist members to come forward and become member of human rights council so we have fair representation of reformist group.

Thats strange coz Emirates itself has a direct flight to Houston from Dubai on its flagship A380 aircraft that is famed for its comfort and top-notch first class service.

Also, Turkish airlines flight to Houston from Istanbul is at 1320 hours so he cant take the same day flight.

And what happened to his anticipated London visit? You only posted about London bushra message! Did Dubai outbid London for the moolah? So it means, event transits are decided on bidding :p

Huzurala (TUS) is expected to arrive in Burhani Masjid, Dubai on Tuesday, 6 October 2015 at around 12 noon. Mumineen will get the Sharaf of Deedar Mubarak, Zohr/Asr Namaz and Maqdam Majlis inshaallah.  
For better management please note the following:
1 Mumineen must bring their ITS card for scanning. Entry in the Masjid will be strictly based on your actual ITS card - for the rest, provision has been made in the tent and sehan.
2 Entrance from Darul Emarat side is reserved for ladies until 11:00 am and Rahat. All others to use entrance from the main road side.
3 Mashaek must carry their pagdi
Transport and Parking:
Drop-off only in front of the Masjid (main road side). No parking or access to masjid via Darul Emarat side. Entrance to Darul Emarat via Lulu Hypermarket will be closed.
Mumineen should park by Crescent School and use the shuttle service. Shuttle service will be available to drop off and pick up passengers in the areas surrounding the Masjid as well as from the Lulu metro station.
Please note that after 1 o'clock is a peak time for school traffic. Please DO NOT come to masjid in your car to pick up passengers unless it is a rahat case. Even for rahat case, please wait until the school traffic is over.
Mumineen should carry Najwa-us-Shukr for this ne’mat
There will be a live relay from Burhani masjid to Saifee masjid.

Name 1 sect/community who follow Sharia as it was suppose to be! I don't see any sect or community that follow Islam as it was suppose to be. Everyone follows Islam according to their own convenience and vested interests. No wonder, the plight of muslims and muslim world is as it is today. Most of the muslim countries are involved in conflict, most muslims are backwards. The western world has been successful to infiltrate the muslim world by using the Wahabbi states (Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE etc) as puppets and break it and push muslims back few centuries!

Mufaddal Mola came to Gadi very recently.

In his boyhood, he never went to school. As per his family tradition, he paid a big sum to Aligarh Muslim University and bought Doctorate title, for impressing non-Bohra Foreign dignitaries.

One of his Dalal (broker) found a person named Joginder Singh Bhadoriyah who was connected with a group that each year give Global Peace Award. Mr. Bhadoriyah fraudulently gave year 2015 Global Peace Award award to Mufaddal Mola, without informing other members. Traditionally such awards are given on stage; but this fraudulent award was given in private.

When Dr, Kundawala from Dallas, USA, came to know about this fraud, he started calling various public figures in India for exposing this fraud. Because of his untiring efforts, Joginder Singh Bhadoriyah was fired. Now the organization is trying to find ways taking back this fraudulent award from Mufaddal Mola.

As per telecon chat with Advocate Anthony Raju last week of Human Rights Council based in new delhi from legal standpoint the awardee and award is not recognized or given in eyes of law since not conferred after consultation with all required members panel and was foul play by bharodiya who is fired, hence null and void effect and caution for such misuse in future. Isufali Kundawala had taken right step and we followed up with concerned people in delhi. Advocate Anthony Raju also expressed desire for having maximum participation by becoming member of council from reformist group.

THE CARDS WERE ISSUED NEARLY A DECADE AGO, BUT RECENTLY THE DOCUMENTS WERE UPGRADED AS ‘SMART CARDS’ WITH THE RADIO-FREQUENCY TECHNOLOGY

India’s Aadhaar card project continues to face logistical and legal hurdles, especially over concerns that it could breach privacy rights.

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court declined to change its own order in August that restricted the card’s use to only track food and cooking gas subsidies. The apex court said a constitutional bench needs to look at the issue whether the biometric card can be linked to other services.

While the country debates the benefits and risks posed by its Unique Identification number (UID) card project, a small but closely-knit sect largely based in western India, too, is arguing over the possibility that the identity cards issued by their religious establishment could be prying into their private lives.

Every member of the Dawoodi Bohra community has to carry what are known as ‘e-jamaat cards’.

The cards were issued nearly a decade ago, but recently the documents were upgraded as ‘ smart cards’ with the incorporation of radio- frequency technology.

The cards are used to record a person’s attendance at community events and to ensure that the holder completes all religious sacraments, including the controversial oath of allegiance to their spiritual leader and religious taxes.

The card is also used to gain access to community mosques, mausoleums and graveyards.

The card will also be used to record the declaration by members to attend the compulsory sermons during the coming period of Muharram.

“The card is expensive [it reportedly costs Rs5,000 to get one], but every Bohra is supposed to have the card if he or she want to access community properties or attend functions,” said a member of the community.

Last week, a group of community members released findings from an annual “Worldwide Survey for Dawoodi Bohras” that tracks opinion about community issues after the death of their last hereditary head, or Syedna, in January 2014.

Mufaddal Saifuddin, the current leader, is his son, but his uncle, Qutbuddin, half- brother of the l ast Syedna, has disputed the succession. The dispute is being heard by the Bombay high court.

While the survey said that there was widespread resentment against the order to attend the sermons, the Syedna’s office has dismissed the survey and said that the views of a few hundred people cannot represent the views in a million-strong community.

The organisers of the survey, on the other hand, have said that the sample survey was designed to have a low margin of error.

The survey has also raised concerns about the e-jamaat cards.

This is what the survey had to say about the document: To study the impact of such practices of intense scrutiny, data mining and intrusion by Syedna’s office, an independent and neutral platform is needed with no ties to its administration.

When this writer contacted the Syedna’s office for a comment, officials there declined to comment, saying they were busy with the preparations for the Muharram discourses.

But the community is rife with rumours that the cards can track every aspect of their lives.

A member of the community who spoke to this writer said there was concern that the card was used to track the whereabouts of members.

“Earlier, it was just an identity card; now it has GPS features,” said the Dawoodi Bohra who was once an ardent supporter of the community religious leadership.
