I just invested few minutes of my life to listen to this audio and my conclusion is both are trying to get their own boti...aaj ni tarikh maa koi pun dil thi khidmat kartu nathi, jaha lag ke boti malwani ummid naa hoi.

even in my home town in India all jamaat members are just working to try and get some boti out of khidmat, no one is doing it fi sabilillah and for sawaab.

one interesting thing I heard in the call...guy says

"mola ye fard karu che sagla par ke hisaaab chokkho howo joiyye"

but the funny thing is same mola dennies to give any hisaab to community and collects money without any limits.

Dawat is a parallel government in India. And it functions exactly as the Indian govt which is known for bureaucracy, red tape and corruption. In the Indian govt (both central n states) and its various departments n institutions, there are honest officers, ministers & other people but due to the bad apples, the whole system gets tainted.. Same is the case with dawat with possibly more bad apples than good ones!
