What is Sila Fitra and why we offer this to Moula?

It is religious tax/alms (zakat) paid on the day when Muslims break the fasting period at the end of the month of Ramadhan. This alms is known as Zakat al-Fitrah.

Fitrah for a person is given on a weight of three kilograms (one sa`a) on any food commodity like wheat, barley, rice, millet, raisins or dates. cash value in lieu of any foodstuff mentioned can be given as Fitrah. Thus, if a kilo of rice costs $2.00, the cash value of Fitrah on rice per person would be $6.00.
It is given to the needy who are unable to meet their own or their dependants annual living expenses, nor do they have the means to do so through earning.
Payment of Fitrah becomes obligatory after sunset on the eve of Eid al- Fitr. The Fitrah should be kept aside and paid on Eid al-Fitr before Eid prayers

almost every one in DB community is now aware of what is going on, but now question is whats the solution?

no body wants to leave community because of family background and also it is impossible to blend with shia or sunni community at this stage because bohras have created a very kind of life style and also other stuff.

as long as this solution is absent there is not going to be any change, people will keep paying and keep following muffy or any one else in his position. masjid markaz madressa kabrestan must be freed to get some serious results.

ghulam muhammed: Had it not been for the number of people who fell ill the misfortune would not have made headlines. It is indeed a rare misfortune. There are probably incidences where smaller numbers are afflicted. There are tens of thousands of jamans, be it tiffin, daris, Ashara, Ramadan, weddings, etc. are consumed daily in the Bohra world. Resources are pulled together to produce jamans and it is commendable that thankfully large scale food poisoning is rare. Let us give credit where it is due. Yes, poor quality of food, particularly in tiffin, is an often-heard complaint but that can be traced to sub-par ingredients.

This is an incident from Umreth in Gujarat. A Bohra named Tyeb Bhai Umrethwala is poor and with difficulty manages his household expense. Under greedy Rule of Mufaddal Mola, Amils are instructed to extract maximum Wajebat whatever it takes. In turn Amils have adopted insulting and coercing method for collecting Wajebat. Tyeb Bhai Umrethwala could not pay his Wajebat taxes in previous years. This year he went to pay Wajebat that was not Fakhera. The Amil and his Chamchas did not like that. He was insulted and kicked out. Losing self-respect, he was upset. He has produced and circulated this audio.

His cries, lamentations, and weeping, are heart breaking. Syedna makes Bohras pray “Aa duniya ma Hussain na Gham siva koi no gham na dikhave” However demanding like loan sharks, diabolical Kothar and Baite Zaini make Bohras cry. These Bohras cannot leave the clutches of Kothar because their families will be coerced into cursing La’nat him; they would boycott him and he will become fish without water. Bohras are scared to death of such cosequences.
I urge you all to do something and break the Kothari prison.

Kothar is trying to suppress the news or is trying to twist facts for avoiding inquiry and defending bad idea of serving tiffin and Jaman which creates ruckus and chaos every night. Family and closely linked lives have disappeared. Every minute Bohras hear Mufaddal Mola’s praise. Every day they listen to manufactured Mojezas: how sick Bohras had their health restored with Barkat of tiffin and Jaman. This incident of Food poisoning and death are slap in face of those miracle stories. If Syedna knows Ghaib and knows what would happen the next moment, why such tragedies would happen? Many Bohras have lost capacity of Hujjat, arguments, and truth seeking abilities. They have mortgaged their brains. Many will say” Apne sochwani su jaroor chhe; Mola keh tem karwanu” How moronic is such thinking. In Quran Allah emphasizes that Islam is for Aaqeloon; those who think.

In this current tragedy, one Bohra died of Food poisoning. However, Kothar is forcing the family to say that the deceased Bohra was suffering from many other ailments; he died because of that and not because of food poisoning and thus avoiding murder charges against Jamat. In USA, lawyers will see that culprits are punished when such tragedies occur.

During Gujarat riots of 2002, more than 1000 Bohra lost their properties and few died. However, Syedna did not allow Bohras to register any FIR or file insurance claims; because in that case Modi supporting rioters would have faced charges. Modi is close with Syedna. Syedna also did not give any compensation saying “Aag ma Bag thai jase”

2,000 Dawoodi Bohras in Indore suffer food poisoning after Iftaari

The dinner, served in community hall, was being prepared every night since Ramazan began

About 2,000 members from Dawoodi Bohra community suffered serious bout of food poisoning after consuming dinner served at a local community hall in Indore on Sunday night.

According to Juni Indore Police station, the incident occurred on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday when close to 5,600 Bohras were observing the month of Ramazan at a local community hall in Saify Colony.

A senior citizen succumbed to cardiac arrest at Maharaja Yashwantrao Hospital, Monday morning, the night after attending the dinner.

The deceased, Haider Ali (65), was also a patient of renal cancer and suffered stomach pain on Sunday night after he accompanied his family to the community hall. While his family has alleged he did not eat the sweet suspected to have caused food poisoning, doctors at the hospital have requested a post mortem for confirming the final cause of death.

“The patient was admitted in ICU and had a history of chronic illness. When other patients were being brought to the hospital and he felt uneasiness, his family also brought him along,” said hospital superintendent Dr VS Pal.

The food samples, mainly suspected to be raw material mawa, sweet called ‘khopra paak’, and other ingredients used to prepare the sweet along with Bohra dish halim, mutton, rice and daal were collected by food inspectors and sent for laboratory analysis at Food and Drug Administration in Bhopal. “We are now investigating how the stale food was procured and used. Till now, no case against the caterer has been registered but we suspect the mawa used to make the sweet was stale,” said Thane Inspector Pawan Singhal.

Another Bhaisahebs are very happy as they make lots of salaam in raza and constant visits for food contracts, and many things related to this huge endeavor. Can you imagine all Bohra population centers, 365 days, preparing tiffins, Bhaisahebs and Kothar charging 20% to 50% profit calculates in crores they make. In this video, please watch how Bohras were charged Rs. 1,100 per Thal in Ramadan for Jaman, but paid contractor only Rs. 400 per Thal, making almost 200% profit. Bhaisahebs and other Chamchas always chorus “Syedna knows everything and his Dua rids all miseries and his curse destroys his detractors” However, there is rampant corruption cultivating under him and his rival Dai Taher Fakhruddin Thrives. Where is Imam? Name of Imam is only used for getting Imam uz Zaman Salam. Does Imam have a bank account?

Syedna Mufaddal also had floated Roti making mania and Fostership but both deflated. No one sung its eulogy.
