Dear mumineen:<br>Beware. This site is nothing but a front for Munafeqeen. In the name of so called "reform", all they do is bitch and moan with shear lies, half-truths about our community. Dear mumineen<p>Its slaves like Abdebhai who are scared of facing the truth about our community. You will not get a better forum to discuss issues without fear of harassment from our leaders. The choice is yours. Think like a slave and let your dignity be trampled on. Or indulge in the freedom Islam has granted its followers - where brothers are not persecuted for their views. <p>Salaams.

This man Dawoodi seems like another idiot fanatic who tells us to follow Burhanuddin's cunning path just like sheep heards. These fanatic idiots never have argued in a humane way. They always use the abusive language because the truth hurts them. They all knows that Burhanuddin & Company are all thugs but they still kissing their ass for bottom line (money!).<p>Burhanuddin Murdabad.
Re: Parvardigaar Tamne Dai na Dushmano Si Bachaave. Aameen.
How ironic! All one has to do is to look at my original posting, and then compare Ishaq's response -- you don't have to be a rocket scientist to see who has resorted to using the abusive language. His wordings speak for themselves. I agree with him 100%: "Truth does hurt"!!<p>Once again, mumineen, beware of this site. These so called reformists are so engrossed in their Adaavat of our beloved Aqa Maula Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb (TUS) that they themselves do not know what is right or what they want.<p>May Allah Subhanahu save us from these Munafeqeen. To them I say for the last time: Lakum Deenakum Vale Yadeen. Dawoodi,<p>It seems to me that you must be coming from Burhanuddin's family or some sort of sheikh or mulla family and must be a sissy because one can figure out from your posting the way you write the message. I am sure you must be fed by kothar or other hard working bohri community for your survival. And that's why you are so much chanting about Burhanuddin. <p>Don't try to intimidate and by the way piss on you from....you know what I mean?

Re: Parvardigaar Tamne Dai na Dushmano Si Bachaave. Aameen.
Dawoodi you are wrong. You state that all the people's thoughts on this web site are half truths and lies. But these are their own experiences with your gang of looting and bulleying jamaat committees that have been formed all over for the pretext of collecting money. Anywhere you go you will be forced to pay sabil dues, and a host of other dues otherwise you are bycot by the committee. Is this the way you preach Allah,s deen. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. Instead of hearing the voices of the people on this web site and trying to look into yourself as to what has caused this to happen ,you still in your arrogance are boasting about your dai. Look at the history of the dai's before the 50th. dai and you will read how alert they were to the needs of the people and how simple was their life style if the interest of the people was really in your heart. Specially read the life of the dau qazi noman on whose books the whole bohrism is founded. All your regime has done is formed a bunch of looters where ever there are a few innoscent mumineens so they can be fleecedand you can become rich. Never have I seen an Amil work for a living and spend out of that money to help other mumineen less fortunate. Even if you go to vist him ,there has to be a salam and depending upon the strength of the salam will be seen if he would be helped. Your crazy system should be changed. There is no reason to harrass people every ramazan for money ,money and more money.<br>
Re: Parvardigaar Tamne Dai na Dushmano Si Bachaave. Aameen.
Dawoodi why are you quiet? I guess you cannot brainwash the mumineen now since a mumin stuck his fist in your mouth. You see what happens to your lies and deciet when truth comes forward.Do not and never try to blame this site because it speaks the heart of the people and the tortures they suffered because they laid their trust in your mullas, amils and bhaisahebs. When they found that they were but a gang of thieves and in the name of religion were looted is when they came to this web site. This web site is a crying shoulder for those mumineen who suffered, because fanatics like you looted them for their honesty.
Re: Parvardigaar Tamne Dai na Dushmano Si Bachaave. Aameen.
Hey mumin (boy, you really have picked a wrong name!!), you just proved me right with your two postings. You reformists are a bunch of liers. I have been a member of my jamaat (like all mumineen in my town are) for a long time, and I have yet to see a single person being bycotted because he or she has not paid his sabil dues. If anyone was bycotted, if ever, it was because he or she was proven to be a munafiq - our beloved Dai's dushman. In such cases, it is our duty to do Baraat with them. In your post, you refer to Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb (TUS) as "your Dai" (meaning NOT "our" Dai). This proves that you do not believe in him. Yet, this website falsely states on the front page that "We do not challenge the authority of Dai". Another lie. If Aqa Maula Burhanuddin Saheb (TUS) is not your dai, then who is? I guess, Ajgar, the "snake" Laeen Engineer, right?<p>For your information, I have gone to my Aamil numerous times; not once have I been forced to do Salaam to him with money. Of course, I do salaam to him (and also to every elder mumin I meet) all the time; why? Because that is what my parents and my Dai taught me to do -- FYI, it is called respect. Once again, your generalization is full of hypocracy and lies.<br> <br>As you said, this web site is for losers like you to bitch and moan with your half truths and lies. Why don't you open your eyes, and see why thousands of mumineen these days voluntarily go in the hazrat of our Maula to offer their Vaajebaat. Nobody is forcing them. All these thousands of mumineen are not dummies.<p>Let me repeat, you Munafeqeen know nothing but whine at everything we do. Well, that just suits us fine. Go, cry baby, go!! Burn in jealousy. Your grandfathers talked about so called reform, and died without success. Your fathers met the same fate. Now, I guess, it is your turn.<p>Khuda ni Laanat on Munafeqeen like yourself.<p>Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb (TUS) Zindabaad.<br>Dai na dushman murdabaad.<p>Abde Syedna (TUS)<br>Dawoodi<p>PS: This is the last and only time I'll respond to your lies and propaganda. So don't waste your breath on replying to this message. It will be ignored.<p>
Re: Parvardigaar Tamne Dai na Dushmano Si Bachaave. Aameen.
Seems like it you who is bitching and moaning and using foul languge here. I guess that's what you have learned in your home or maybe 'your' dai has taught you that.<p>And by the way mister, try to read the correct syntax; you said >>this website falsely states on the front page that "We do not challenge the authority of Dai"<<.<br>But it clearly says that:"We challenge the authoritarian ways of the priesthood and not the religious authority of the Da’i (high priest)."<br>
Re: Parvardigaar Tamne Dai na Dushmano Si Bachaave. Aameen.
Dawoodi, you remind me of the guy who cannot decide whether to bury his head in the sand or not to look beyond his nose. But luckily you face no such dilemma because you are adept at both.<p>You are fortunate to have escaped the harassment of the Kothar - but the point is not what your personal experiences are. The community as a whole is suffering. People have geuniune grievances and can find no real redress. You call them losers. True, the oppressed and helpless have always been called names, and you too, given your privilege and snobbery, can call them what you will. But that is not going to change the reality. And the reality is that the system that Kothar operates has no connection with religion, Islam or even the Fatimi Dawat.<p>The people in whom you've vested (wasted?) your faith and to whom you've mortaged your intellect are nothing but a bunch of usurpers. They have turned our Dai into a product, our religion into a marketing strategy and we believers into captive consumers. <p>Probably you too know this (because I cannot be convinced that people can be so dumb - no matter how stupid - as to take this charade seriously and actually believe in it). So, you probably know the truth but choose to speak for the 'winners'. <p>But there are others who hear the voice of their conscience and choose to speak for the 'loosers'.<p>And one last point. What jealously and adaavat are you talking about? As if the money the Kothar splurges is its hard-earned, legitimate income. It's all fleeced from a hapless community. All the money taken from the people, the income from various darghas, all the jamaat properties worldwide belong to the community - and not to one individual. <p>Call me munaafiq if that gives you solace, but I cannot keep quiet while the religious, spiritual and material wealth of my community is being salted away by a fake 'royal family'.<p>And yes, don't bother to waste your breath. Save it for your masters.
Re: Parvardigaar Tamne Dai na Dushmano Si Bachaave. Aameen.
Dawoodi, Finally i hear it from the horses mouth that bycott and other restrictions are not because of non payment of sabil dues etc to the local jamat. here is an acid test for you. Go tell your local jamat that you would not be able to pay sabil this year because of family circumstances or some other hardship, then wait and see their reaction.<br>Even in places where there are five or less mumin homes, jamats have been formed and huge sums are demanded in the name of mulla burhanuddin, although the jamat formed has no expenses whatsoever, because all the majlis ,namaz etc are held in people's homes and food for niaz is cooked by all together because of the small size of the community. Understanding that sabil money is still collected by the so formed local jamat that was formed when some mulla was passing through and decided here was another chance at looting the innoscent mumineen. The sabil money actually should be spent locally on the mumineen who contributed but instead it is passed on to the higher ups as najwa from the commumnity . What surprizes me is that these chamchas beg to the bhaisaheb to accept their najwa. The bhaisaheb in the meantime is grinning away inside his beard, thinking how happy he is for being among people who refuse to use the one God given talent that separates them from an animal, and that is their intellect

Re: Parvardigaar Tamne Dai na Dushmano Si Bachaave. Aameen.
Br Dawoodi--May be you need to read this E- mail I got from Tampa,Florida Jamat will open your eyes as to what is going on in Bohra community--
Subject: RE: NEWS FROM TAMPA JAMMAT
Badas Salaam,
I am writing this email/letter with a very heavy heart and it is in particular addressed to the positions of Janab Amil Saab, Wali (Mulla), Jamat secretary and treasurer. However, it is also being sent to the board of directors as well as some members who are involved in the TAMPA JAMAT(Anjumane Vajihi) I will stress this point again; I don't have anything against the people in these positions. Infact, I am fairly close to them and go to each other's place and socialize. It is the abuse of the power of their position and so I decided to write.
I am a small person within the jamat who attends the functions at the markaz and leaves the politics to the office bearers but lately I am seeing things that are going totally against what should be the responsibility of the office bearers. But I am writing this because it seems the jamat committee is FORGETING about the responsibilities of these positions? I myself keep a very low profile and do khidmat from a very far distance. Oh and don't forget, everyone heard something about our new amilsab from someone in Orange County before he arrived here. Though I did not believe it then, I do now and I think to keep this jamat members together somebody has to say something..
I will start with something general and that is the Tabudat program. Aka Mola TUS stresses that during these days, one should help another mumin in any way possible. Instead what I saw was that mumineen were forced to do 45 daris.(Some family wanted to do Daris for gents only as they cannot accommodate more people because of small apartments you insist them to cut down gents and make one thal for ladies otherwise where will his wife go? One momin bhai had to drive 200 miles to do one thal daris, although he requested amilsab that everyone he extened the ezan for daris could not make it so we better cancel it but amilsab said he will get some people for one thal, after making couple of calls it was finally done) (As we all know and we have been doing this as per farman for 7 daris to be done together with the discussion of topics, and instead of the jamat coming together in celebration it has been split in small groups. A question goes out to my fellow Tampa mumineen, didn't you all feel a twinge when the Palatka mumineen who are always driving 3 hrs to attend functions at markaz were not there to attend Aka Mola's milad raat majlis. The Orlando/Gainesville/Palatka mumineen who are 95% in attendance, by not being there,It showed us that on such an auspicious night, only 3 thal mumineen were present out of the 8 thal that normally show up on such holy nights. (Maybe this should also remind us what the size of Tampa jamat will be if the Orlando mumineen decide to separate which the Amil is trying)
Oh and there were official farman (the misal sharif that Shk. Zoherbhai sent out the email to read on janoowalla.com) to view the 40 min. video cassette of a bayaan from Dubai Ashara on this night. What happened to that?
Some points of discipline when MOULA'S video is played- people sit on chairs, work on their lab-tops and some also talk on the cell phones!
Now, the wali, Shk Qayyum bhai is a respected person within the jamat, but as a wali I don't think he is serving the people. Your position is recognized only in the absence of the amil, However, what I'm seeing is that you are doing what you think is right and disregarding the position which should be in-charge which is the jamat secretary. It is true that was your position for a while when you were the wali and the secretary, but now you are not. Someone else is the secretary, give them a chance to do their job. I think that amilsaab is giving you the free publicity about your intent of building the masjid and you are enjoying that publicity.
And in last as a wali what step did you take when a momin bhai came and told to you that amilsab accused our jamat members as munafikin in his daris majlis, did you discuss this serious accusation with amilsab or higher office and have a reply for that?
Secretary, Shekh Zoherbhai is the raiis of the jamat. He is one of the few people who has been the longest in Florida. He used to be the wali of the jamat. However, he also is not fulfilling his duties as the secretary of the jamat. well, you have been appointed to this position, and as it is said in this country "for the people" but not by the people. To better explain in simple words, you and Shk. Qayyumbhai should exchange your roles and then we will be on track. Remember, you as the secretary could make or break the jamat because you have that power.. Maybe, if you think that you don't have the support within the jamat, then you should contact the people that you should, go above amil saab's head and do what need's to be done.
Juzerbhai as the treasurer and has been at this position for a very long time. Once again, I do not have a problem with any of these people but it is the abuse of the power that they have that is forcing me to write this. Juzerbhai you are just a treasurer. You have no right to sign a check unless it is authorized by the secretary and approved by the committee. Just because you and Shk Qayyumbhai and amilsaab agree that this is an ok expense doesn't mean squat. Remember, the money you are spending is not yours but the jamat which means dawat's. There is a reason behind you all getting appointed, you have to answer to your Mola. You are not given all the rights but there are rules and regulations to follow.
The jamat ayaan, directors and advisory committee members, you also have a responsibility to the other members of the jamat. You are also appointed and therefore have some say in what is happening. But instead, you all are not saying anything, doing anything and letting others abuse their power, either by doing the wrong things or not doing anything.
I have saved this for the last. We had been thinking about buying the markaz for a while but nothing seemed to pan out. Then came Mulla Murtazabhai for 3 months (Ramazan to Moharram) and he said one thing that really hit home, "you do matam, pray namaaz and leave the barakat in someone else's hall in which other people come and do their thing; maybe even dance and drink alcohol". This opened our eyes and within a few months we had our markaz, opening was done and an amil was sent to us. Today, we are leaving the markaz and going to majlis of SHADAT RAT OF MA FATEMA at a university hall(WE HAVE A MARKAZ). A majlis instead of being done on the holy night was done before maghrib in one town and after zohor in another. The entire jamat missed out on the barakat of the holy night/day.What was the purpose served by doing this majlis in Orlando? As what I heard the people who attended in Orlando would have and always do attend in Tampa as well. It is true that amil saab did this, for his own gains, but if Sheikh Zoherbhai and Shekh Qayyumbhai had declined to take him to Orlando, this would not have happened.
Janab amil saab, I don't know you as a person but I think you are also abusing your power. I think you are more interested in going to people's houses, recite Daris, increasing sabil, people attending your sabaq and furthering your own agenda of building a masjid (even though we do not have the required number of families,as per Shekh Qayyumbhai statement that Aka Mola has granted him Raza when he was in Dubai that he can build the Masjid if there is more than FIFTY FAMILIES in around TAMPA.....DO WE HAVE????)then doing what needs to be done.
Here are some examples.
On, Aashura raat you made us pray every namaz in the bihori book (I don't think I've prayed that much on jagwani raat), but yet the most important thing to do that night, MATAM was kind of put on the side barely having 5 minutes of matam.
You went to one mumin bhai's house at 1 am and spent the night there and recited daris (basically forced the issue) in the morning before they went to school and work. Don't you feel that as an amil you should be invited properly into someone's house and by doing this you are loosing your dignity? Don't you think that mumineen are not only loosing respect for you as a person? Isn't this where the wali and the secretary say something?
I also heard that when you are invited to someone's house for lunch/dinner you tell them to do niyat and recite daris. Is this the importance of daris to you? That without any real niyat people should just recite daris? We have also heard that you are telling people that we will recite daris and then go eat at a restaurant and that daris is being recited and jaman is Pizza. Is this what it has come down to? Here we have in darbare Hatim and we are doing daris on PIZZA?
Oh and don't forget the issue of offering to give Green safai chithi to someone in riba for $2,152+ just before going for HAJ, who had already been given a yellow safaii chitthi by the previous amil sahib a few weeks ahead. And he was cajoled into accepting this offer by being told that he would not get privileges if he goes with Yellow chitthi. Was that money going to be his sabil? Is it so easy to change color by paying $$$. I thought mumineen in riba don't give sabil. On the other hand, on the recent visit of Aka Mola to USA amilsab sent out an email to all jamat members to obtain safai chitthi; however in this occasion shouldn't he have sent out an email insisting members to go to Boston or NJ or DC for deedaar of Aka Mola regardlss of safai.
Lately it seems like me who started attending sabaq after you came to Tampa knows more about some of these things then you who is known as a scholar and has 40 years of experience in khidmat. You are only interested in your own FINANCIAL GAINS.
One bhai had a jaman on one of the ashara nights. His salaam was returned because he made for $21.= and Sk. Fakhruddin BADRI (amilsaheb) insisted on having $52,and you accused one mominbhai that he did salaam with an empty envelope and you wanted to be reimbursed. In the recent wedding you forced Brides father to make salaam of $152.00 and Bridegroom should make it DOUBLE. I dont remember we had this problem with our previos Amilsaheb.
In my writing this email, it is not to discourage workers but to open your eyes to what you all are doing wrong. Of course I appreciate your work whole-heartedly and since I have known all of you for a while now, except for amil saab, I know you all mean to do work in your best level possible and may be doing things wrong without realizing it. But wrong is wrong. The above are a few things that have reached me, but I'm sure you all in the higher positions in the jamat know more. Therefore please think about your actions and think how much it would hurt Aka Mola because any one mumin is hurt by your actions, whether if it was because of personal satisfactions, more sabil, forced daris or anything else that this mumin was not required to do but was forced to do.
PLEASE HELP BRING BACK THE SMILES ON THE FACES OF MUMINEEN OF TAMPA JAMMAT
May Allah give long life to Aka Moula and give us better judgment in the choices we make.
Amen!

Amen!

Salam MH,
Would you mind elaborating on the amilsab from Orange County? I believe his name is Fakhruddin, originally transported from India and he is slightly lame, if I'm not mistaken. Just curious!Oh and don't forget, everyone heard something about our new amilsab from someone in Orange County before he arrived here. Though I did not believe it then, I do now and I think to keep this jamat members together somebody has to say something..
Re: Parvardigaar Tamne Dai na Dushmano Si Bachaave. Aameen.
I'd like to share with everyone on this board an experience I had here with my local jamaat.
I am studying here in the U.S.A. in a town with a very small jamaat of about 6-7 families.
I had gone for Lailatul Qadr to some local persons house and of course the Aamil was there. This was the first time I had gone and so the moment I sat down on the Masalla, one of his many slaves in attendance came up to me and told me that the Aamil wants to meet with me.
I went there and generally introduced myself. Within a minute he asked me whether I had paid Sabil. I would have been willing to pay Sabil as the jamaat is small and it is indeed run by families here and even though I don't have much contact with the jamaat, I would have been happy to contribute.
He then asked me whether I'd paid vajebaat and I said that I hadn't and even said that my family takes care of it in India.
The amount of money he was asking - no DEMANDING - for vajebaat was $250 (Rs. 10,000) minimum. Just to put things into perspective - I work on campus while studying to meet my expenses, the U.S. government cuts taxes, but refunds the full amount at the end of the year because as a student the income is below the tax threshold, as a student I think 100 times before spending $5 let alone anything close to $250.
At the end of the Majlis his 7 year old son was arrogantly shouting "Do Salaam to my Dad and you'll get an apple".
Given this experience of mine I would like to make the following points:
1) It would have been nice if he had generally asked about my studies and what I was doing here. (I know, humanity from an Aamil is a bit too much to expect.)
2) It would have been nice if his chamchas had not come and told me that "It is compulsory to pay Sabeel - we have forms to fill out". I would have given anyway, but then at the end of the night I was so ticked off that I didn't.
3) It was amazing to me that his seven year old was telling 60 year old men to do salaam to his Dad - it was plainly disrespectful and rude.
4) Could it be that he has no idea what $250 is worth given that he may have just come from India? I don't think so.
Needless to say, I have never gone back to any jamaat function since and don't plan to in the future either.

Brother dawoodi you seem to be quite,oh yes THRUTH IS BITTER and i always believe it will prevail. The dirty era of mr burhanuddin is soon over, like many other great dynasty and empire.Who would imagine the powerful roman empare would fall apart? It certainly did , we have all seen and some of us have gone through the policy of radical segragetion in South Africa that's called APARTHEID!in our mordern era. Certaily it was prevailed! You can not defeat or corrupt THRUTH, the great people like Nelson Mandela,Martin Luther King,Mahatma Ghandhi,Dalai Lama and many others have gone throuth injustice, hate , abuse, harrasement and acts of evil, but they had one thing in common,They all had mastered THRUTH as theis only weapon and it had turned out to be the most effective one!So burhannudin and your kothars, no matter how much you DESEIVE the poor bohris and imposing harsh treatment, but one beautifull day you will get BUSTED!! BURHANNUDIN YOU ARE ONE BLOODY TERRORIST!!

Dawoodi
Dawoodi has LEFT, he was working on an horuly basis at Kothar and has same styles as kothar. Stop payment, work will stop. His senior may have stopped paying him so he got lost.
Rest we all are OK and understand.
Khuda nee lanat Awal, Sanee aney Salis na auper
Awal = Dai burhan
Sanee = Mazoon khozema
Salis = Mukasir hussain
Day will soon come when burhan passes and we will see a drama for power.

Dear JC,
We have heard your message of lannat. Enough is enough. Remember the saying that when you point a finger at somebody, the other four fingers point to you. Lanat is not a good word and when you say lanat on somebody, it comes back to you. So please have mercy on yourself and your family. Don't get me wrong, I am not a follower of the Dai but he is a human being like us and we should leave to Allah to judge all people.
And the person whose diabetes has gone high, please stay away from the site if it is detrimental to your health, if not, try Karela or garlic, they are good for cutting down diabetes.
In the meantime, let us continue to have our discussion in peace. Do you see how we are civil to each other, until somebody with hypoglycemia surfaces and spoils our discussion.
Like the self proclaimed orator of the Qur'an on this site says, those who believe, believe and those who don't don't and it is impossible to make them believe.

Please replace the word hypoglycemia with hyperglycemia in the previous post. Thanks
