BUSINESS CLOSER FORCFULLY AT TIME OF VAAZ

As per farman
all shops and office of dawoodi bohra should be closed during the time of vaaz.all should get leave from job and even children from school have to get leave.and this is forced again and again as "moula nu farmaan" and so more and more people doing it.as loss of business,salary,education loss.

Instead of harassing all mummineen ni jaamat can't they just change the timing of vaaz to 6 or 7 in morning to 10 in morning or vaaaz can be done at night after magrib .there is no fix time of vaaz id given.so anybody can do their business or job and school.remembering hussain in month of mohhaaram is good but why you have to make compulsory loss?

I was talking to few amils and even they look upset about how they dont even have freedom to talk with people and each word is dictated from up ends.

how can they. On every occasion several times a year the local Amils in the west go with their families to where ever Mr. Mufaddal is. Not only during ashara but they are also called to Mumbai for accounts questioning and how much they were able to collect from the mumineen and if there is enough strength of bohri abdes and amte in that town or city who are regulars so they can figure if it is worth for a zada like chuster to visit and rob the abde and amtes by pagla, ziafats etc.
Answering your question, even muwaid is a failure in some cities where there is no proper cooking facilities and jamaat orders from local restaurants. The delivery guy mumin also charges money for delivering at one's residence.
So yes all dictats are not followed . The local Amil tries to enforce it but he can only do so much. There is no way mumineen will take off from work to attend a waez, because they know better, i9f they are fired from the job, kothar is not going to pay his bills. Some of the ignorant Amils just out of India or Pakistan land them selves in the west and see a golden opportunity to make their retirement in the time they have before they are transferred and another butcher takes his place. In sum jamaats not only the Amil but his whole family has to be supported by the jamaat. How foolish is that, but it is what it is.
