The High Court had ruled that Dawoodi Bohra khatna is FGM and illegal, it is on record that 3 accused commited a crime. Including the lawyer who was deregistered.

The Dawaaat can reflect on the damage they inflicted on themselves and brand damage. They can now do countless lobbying to restore respect in the society , but any serious person will google it up and reconsider. There are reports law faculties and universities are already discussing the case in academic research.

The representative and followers of SMS was found as criminal and SMS is on record in Supreme Court to have rediculed.the Court process.

The prosecution decided not to follow up on resentencing due to impact on the children and likely the defence would seek a protracted retrial. Note the prosecution was more concerned about the children than the barbaric dawaaat. The point has been made.

This case was about sending a message to Dawoodi Bohra their practised is illegal and if caught again will be met with full force.

Unfortunately we all know the kothar and Amils are likely to make the mistake of playing with the law as they live in their own world. Next the case will be easier punishment severe. The Aus case is wrapped up for now.
