I think I know this Dai(Al-Makrimi). It was long time ago but I came across some Ismaili from Saudiya that follow him.

But when you have the chance, could you please give me answers on what ismailis in najran believe today about Imam?? Brother Qiyam thinks Imam may be living in Yemen. I asked him if he heard of the tradition that the Imam is secluded in Shamrukh, a valley in Yemen? But he says that is a twelver belief. I also suggested about Imam's seclusion that the Imam is present somewhere in a community of the faithful every generation, and that his son takes his place at the appropriate time in another community. His baab, hujjat, etc. are members of the community where he is resident, and are gifted with an awareness of who he is (obviously kept in secret or confidence). What do you think?? Not forgetting our brother the Shias who’s Ayahtullah are working on the behalf of Imam Uz Zaman. <p>Like what Steve said, you gotta patent your Dai.
