I am curious when do you guys commence ramazaan, do you follow the others or the true Haqiqi Chand ie AQa Mola (TUS)

I am not sure weather this rc is curious,as he says, or just sarcastic or stupid.The question,"when do you guys commence ramazaan, do you follow the others or the true Haqiqi Chand ie AQa Mola (TUS).Who others? And for your information, the Dawoodi Bohras have a long tradition of following a fixed calender, and we should be proud.Other muslims should also do the same. Nowadays one can make accurate calculation of the moon and its movements, and so one does not have to follow any man made god to say that the moon is sighted. Can you imagine what others think of muslims when some celebrate Idd and others,not far from there,keep fasting as they or their mulla/imam has not sighted the moon?

The holy month of Ramadan is the month for prayers,reading holy Koran and of course,fasting for the whole month is the main object for the true muslims all over the world. But for bohri flocks, this holy month is the time to pay heavy illegal imposed taxes to 'sucker' Burhanuddin and his mafia gangs.

I would advise to all the folks to please don't throw away your hard earned money to Burhanuddin and his cronies. Please donate your money to charitable organizations that will distribute funds or goods to most needy or deserving people.

Good poem Sajjad.

Bohras are fools, do not teach them anything. OR they enjoy what they are doing. Moaj, Mayla, Tamasha, Drama, Fun, Laughter (Matam with smile on faces..!!!) and lavish jamans. they want to pay that is why paying. there are only very few who understand and to give them some benefit of doubt - i think there are a few who are part of this cult due to some 'majboree'.

You people havent got a clue , have you , just counting your rupees all day , wallowing in self pity you self centred identity less lanat na tukdas.

Is it a great faith, or a great way to flush out your hard earned money in the name of great faith? All we are doing is supporting a huge infrastructure of families related or somehow connected to a ruling family. There is so much corruption, cheating and lies, that we have lost the very belief that used to stand us apart from the rest. Sending $2 Million Dollars out of a country, all in the name of charity (not faith), within 3 Years, is a blatant abuse of faith.
