Hebatullah responds on Mazoon

The one and only free public forum for Bohras. The focus of this forum is the reform movement, the Dawoodi Bohra faith and, of course, the corrupt priesthood. But the discussion is in no way restricted to the Bohras alone.

this is the biggest load of bullshit i have heard these bloody hebetullahs are the biggest crooks one can ever come across using karza hasanet funds to finance their business etc. I was in nairobi and mazoom saheb had promised he would help nairobians from the current regime and asked us to be patient . This obviousely would mean the end to the despicable power they control the community so im sure they would be quite happy if mazoom saheb was out of the picture.
Its very easy to get letters from advocates etc as this is a very corrupt country so please mr hussein bhai smell the air and stop calling pathethic madlises to try and clear your name.
Even if he has not been involved in this he has tormented enough mumineen and who knows how many have been driven to an early death.
This is the most satanic family i have ever come across don't be fooled by this stupid letter.
You can write a whole book on the terror this man has inflicted on mumineen over the years.

Le Pelley has been feeding at the Dawaat's trough for years doing their corrupt deals in Kenya. He is the biggest fraud of all.Until the recent elections in Kenya, anything went in Kenya. So are we to believe Heptulla's advocate. Tell Heptulla to tell us how much money he paid Moi's government to siphon and launder millions of dollars out of Kenya and making us Bohoras so poor. Thank God for Internet even the moulana of East Africa (Heptulla) thinks he must come out and defend himself.

I agree - the advocate's letter proves nothing. It is not upto this advocate to decide whether an official government letter is a forgery or not.

Hebatullah will have to do better or else accept responsiblity for the allegations contained on this site:

Can somebody clarify something as to the content of the letter dated Jan 20, 1989 from the Office of the President alluded to on this post?

A copy of this letter seems to have sent (copied) to the Chairman Dawoodi Bohra Community in Nyeri.

Was there a Jamaat in Nyeri (or now for that matter) in 1989 and if so who was the Chairman?

Just a matter of clarification and the evidenc of authencity!!

Thanks

Just a matter of clarification and the evidence of authencity!!

Fazal Janoowalla's clarification still does not answer our simple question about the Nyeri Jamat.

Was/Is there or was there not a Jamat in Nyeri. If so please may we have the name of the Chairperson in 1989 or may be even now!!!

Who is Fazal Janoowalla. The only Fazal Janoowalla I know was from Mombasa who died a few year ago. But we suppose the name, Fazal Janoowalla is like "John Smith" of the Bohris!! in Africa.

yes there is a nyeri jamat most probably headed by the guy who owns nyeri glassmart . This guy is also related to hebetulllah in some way and i would think he was also in charge in 1989 as one very well knows we have no elected members.
He is well known as he always enjoys entertaining the nairobi amils to trout farms on the slopes of mount kenya.
why the interest in nyeri jamaat.

yo jinx

yes it effect everyone as they control the entire community funds in kenya and claim they are the sole representitive of seyedna in kenya plus they run a vast glass empire and currently have a monopoly on glass processsing and allot of bohras are running glass retail outlets which rely heavily on this glass processing industy impala glass so if you are in the glass industry which a large proportion of bohras are you have to follow their whims. 90% of glass shops in kenya are bohra owned. even community flats are in their hands so if you want a flat in one of the bohra complexes you have to go through them.
The qarza hasanet fund is also controlled by them.
I undersatand they have panicked a bit and have flown to germany to consult seyedna as apperantly he is there at the moment.

Here is some more insight on how the Moula of East Africa operates. The following news item recently appeared in the Daily NAtion of Kenya. it shows how these Heptullas operate. They had the corrupt politicians in their pocket. Kenya now has a new government and hopefully things will surely change.

Government revokes two
settlement schemes
By MBURU MWANGI
Two settlement schemes totalling more than 14,500 acres are to be cancelled with immediate effect.

About 1,400 people - some of whom have already been given their title deeds - will be affected by the decision.

The estates, both in Nakuru, are the Banita Settlement Scheme, Rongai, of 13,000 acres which was to house 1,000 people, and the Lanet Settlement Scheme with 1,500 acres and home to 400 people.

Their nullification was ordered by the Minister for Lands for Settlement, Mr Amos Kimunya.

He also announced the allocation of a prime five-acre plot in Westlands, Nairobi, had been revoked.

Originally set aside for a playing field, 3.75 acres of the plot, at Brookside, Westlands, had been allocated to two religious organisations - the Life Light Asian Ministry Centre and the Bohras - while five plots measuring 0.25 acres each had been allocated to individuals.

The recommendation for change of use from a playing field was given by former Nairobi Town Clerk Godfrey Mate on August 7, last year. Mr Mate is now Permanent Secretary for Agriculture.

In a letter to the Commissioner of Lands, Mr Mate wrote: "This is to submit the recommendation of change of user in respect of the subject plot from playing fields to institutional with ancillary residential development."

He added: "This would facilitate maximum utilisation of the plot by accommodating charitable activities together with residential use."

The Life Light Asian Ministry/Centre, run by the Jeevan Jyoti Trust was allocated the Westlands plot after a letter to the former President Moi by an official of the Trust, Mrs Sharmi Bhalla, on December 4, 2001.

Mrs Bhalla said she was a Hindu who had turned to Christianity and wanted to convert other Hindus.

The Bohras were given their land after also applying directly to President Moi.

The revocation of that allocation and those of the settlement schemes was announced by Mr Kimunya when he received the Indian High Commissioner, Mr Yogesh Jiwari, for a courtesy call.

The settlement schemes had been recommended by the district settlement committee normally chaired by district commissioners or senior officials of the provincial administration.

They then send their recommendation to the Commissioner of Lands for the land to be sub-divided and for title deeds to be issued.

The Lanet land was originally owned by the Agricultural Development Corporation and was meant for fattening bulls for research but the Nakuru District Plot Settlement Scheme appealed to former President Moi to have it hived off to settle squatters. Although most of the beneficiaries were former ADC workers and military men, a few others were allocated through the influence of State House.

A letter dated December 3, 2002, from the former Comptroller of State House, Mr J.K. Lokorio, to the Commissioner of Lands about the scheme read: "Lanet Settlement Scheme: I would be grateful if you could attend to this approved list of applicants for the above-named purpose."

Mr Kimunya said all those allocated the land should move out and surrender all their allocation documents to the ministry.

He urged anyone allocated land illegally and through forged documents to surrender them as quickly as possible so they could receive refund of any rates they might have paid.
