Is this a saying of Ameerul Momineen Ali Karamullah Wajhu RA

" fear the evil of the one you do a favour to"

I myself translated this to:

Ittaqe Sharra Mun Ahsanta Elaih

1. Could you please correct me if I am wrong
2. Could you give me reference to the original saying ( and Original Arabic text)
