What kind of veil we are talking about?

Of mind or of body?

Veil of the mind is the kind that prevents knowledge, wisdom and common sense from entering the brain, thereby trapping the ignorance inside.... also known as the Wahabi Veil.

Hi guys

I have been reading articles on the board. I donot know which topic is most suitable to post my question but i guess this Purdah seems ok for me to come out and ask something.

This relates to Islam and not necessarily bohraism whihc to me is fascism.

I am a 24 yrs guy ...... and I have gay inclinations - this i learned when i was 15 and since then i m trying to reconcile but unable to. I have no one to speak too though I have many friends. I am a very good looking guy (please believe me) and have recently found a very good job. What does Islam say on this - i m not gay by choice ...!!! I am what I am .... girls do not attract me and guys do and I had terrible times during my college days.

I have studied and realized that some say it is kind of 'disease' and you should consult a psychaitrist for this - but to me it is not a disease. why should it be? If it is then what we are saying that it is not 'sin' - the way people put this that 'being gay is sin' - years back when there was no cure for many diseases people use to die and that time too there would be people like me but they would not have died from this (and there was no cure) - so what whould have happened to them?

I may sound confused, but some one can guide me through. I will be grateful. I am trying to find answers to questions i have.

Thanks guys.

Average Moron,

Common sense to believe that Saddam obviously had WMDs? Common sense to believe that he could destroy us all in 45 minutes?

It's a good thing the veil prevents the shit too from entering ;)

Here is an example of common sense displayed by Average Morons

U.S. storms Iraqi city; 110 reported killed

In this article the full headline says "110 reportedly killed. One U.S. soldier, civilians said to be among the dead"

Inside the article at the end of the first paragraph it says, "109 insurgents and one U.S. soldier were killed"

So what happened to the civilians that were amongst the dead? Either all the insurgents are civilians, or the headlines are lying like they always do.
