Total revenue is 2500 crores, not the net revenue.
Let me take you back to another mega project, it was agha khan hospital in karachi. Funded by agha khan foundation. Aga khan foundation got the land from former dictator zia ul haque (Syedna saheb was also very friendly with him) free of cost. The land is situated in the prime locality in karachi. it spreads in tens of acres, the land cost was estimated in 1982 to be more than 100 million dollars. Agha khan foundation built the hospital at the cost of 250 million dollars, which was recovered in just 3 years. Presently agha khan foundation owns in toto this multi billion dollar facility. it is employing thousands of agha khanis and providing medical service to them at nominal cost if they can not afford. On the contrary our saifee hospital in mumbai is reserved for an elite class though every bohra has contributed towards it. I have gathered that in saifee hospital bohras are not prefrential employees, rather all major departments have alien heads. Neither are bohras given medical services at compensated rates. Though through its income it could provide bohras deserving free services without any difficulty.
Coming to this mega project, it did not elobrate how would it be funded, how many bohras will get employment oppurtunities. Who are the co sponsorer. Qaid johar bhai saheb in a photo up with maharashtra chief minister tell a tell tale story. Will the remaining salebale space be reserved for bohras only. let me also remind, what will happen to those banks in the area, because according to our official stand, any business with banks are not allowed. Though many banks are tenants in jamat properties.

Documentary about Saifee Burhani Upliftment project was broadcasted on DD National Channel News at 1:30 IST y'day.....DD national channel has got a million times wider coverage than the local news papers which Mr. Insaaf quotes 100 times a day....its difficult to even remember the names

The karachi quettawalla hospital is the same scenario. Under private quettawalla management in the 1950s and 1960s this hospital was doing an excellent job till the kothar mangement took over. many a lives have been lost.
Another interesting case is in the south eastern u.s.a.. A residential single family home was purchased and turned into a markaz. The county has stopped its use and have given the jamaat a list of changes to be made. small communities in the southeastern united states are tired of some of these ignorant committee members that do not know anything about engineering or construction or anything at all but are making decisions and spending the mumineens hard earned money without any accountability. . The reason they are decision makers and at the right hand of the raza na saheb is not because of their education or character but because they are crooked and cunning enough to rob the mumineen of their hard earned money ; to make the maximum collection to satisfy the ever growing demands of the money hungry bhaisaheb.

A simillar comparision with Bhendi Bazar project will be Al-Azhar park constructed by Aga khan foundation. It costed around 1500 cr. and It was a gift of Aga khan to people of cario. Currently Egypt government gets all the income from the project.

A community of around 2 lac makes sincere efforts in providing affordable and cheap houses to its fellow members. And here we have a dawoodi bohra community of more then a million which is milked dry by its leader and inspite of having trillions of rupee stashed in their various local and foreign banks, it does too little for its followers.

However, two years ago, his family was able to buy a one-room flat at Nalla Sopara, thanks to a community trust that offered him the flat at a highly subsidised rate. Now, the same trust has plans to construct a much larger scheme at Dombivli for other members of the Kutchi Visa Oswal community.
“Living in a rented house meant that we had to shift from one house to another. We lived in houses that did not have reliable water supply and were located near large drains,” said Savla, who earned Rs 6,000 a month, but was able to buy the Nalla Sopara home for Rs 2.25 lakh.
“There are thousands of families living in rented homes or in unsanitary slums. These families have monthly incomes ranging between Rs 5,000 and Rs 10,000 and are not in a position to buy homes of their own. We want to provide decent accommodation to them,” said Vasant Galia, chairperson of the Kutchi Jain Foundation (KJF).
KJF has built over 300 subsidised houses in several colonies at Nalla Sopara, which home seekers like Savla were able to buy at only a third of the flat’s value.
With its Dombivli project – its biggest housing scheme yet – the foundation will put 1,008 subsidised homes on offer. The trust has already bought 11 acres of land in Dombivli (E) for the project, which will be inaugurated after Diwali and is expected to cost around Rs 80 crore
But the foundation does not fund its projects alone – it receives help from many affluent members of the community. The Kutchi Visa Oswals – who number around two lakh in and around Mumbai – include prominent businessmen such as owners of Navneet Publications and Amarsons department store.
At Nalla Sopara, one of the many subsidised housing colonies has been named Amarsons Nagar after the business family that subsidised its construction cost.
The Dombivli community will be named Navneet Nagar, as it will be partially financed by the owners of Navneet Publications. The flats – which will range in area between 350 and 500 square feet – will cost just half of the current market price of Rs 2,200 per square foot. The complex will include Derasars or Jain temples, Upashrays or monasteries and homes for senior citizens

I don't know about Bangalore but please check heavily subsidized house in Vishakhapatnum. If you will go thru the conditions, you will realize that there is no difference between rented house and own house. Actually poor mumenins are cheated by Jamat.mutmaeen

I have been told by a very reliable source that the underworld is now telephoning the residents of Bhendi bazaar to handover their property to kothar and accept whatever compensation is offered to them. This is very much believable because it is the unwritten norm in Mumbai that no developer can finish his project anywhere in Mumbai unless and until he has an understanding with the underworld and politicians. Needless to say that the kothari chamchas on this board will vehemently deny this fact.

this is quite possible and indeed must be happening. but the fact is that the kothar will have or must have given already, these goons quite a substantial sum for them get involved on the kothar's behalf.

It seems that the Bhendi Bazaar mega project is on a shaky ground. A few months back one pan shop at pakmodia street corner was sold for a whooping Rs.22 lacs and another 2 shops next to it (malampattiwala shops) were also sold. All the three shops now serve fast food. Hence, if at all the said project was to take shape then why would people sell off their shops now and not wait for kothar to give them a spanky modern accomodation which they promised which would then fetch them a far better price ?

MUMBAI: For the past nine years the income-tax department has been unable to auction most of the properties owned by Karachi-based don Dawood Ibrahim. But in a smart move, the don has sold off his prime properties on Pakhmodia Street in Bhendi Bazar area and received the money by hawala, sources in the security establishment said.
The building on this plot was demolished by the BMC a few years ago and today only its debris remains. The property is expected to be part of a cluster development project. "Since the don has already got his price, he will not threaten anyone buying this property in an I-T auction," a police official said. In fact, he is believed to be using the same modus operandi to liquidate his other properties as well.

THAT IS WHY I ASKED YOU HOW MANY BOHRAS HAVE RECEIVED QUALITY FREE CARE (QUANTIFIABLE PROJECT WITH DETAILS OF TREATMENT i.e days of stay-kind of service etc etc)
anyways...that was just a arument(bout saifee hospital)..many have got free treatment there..its been kept under wraps ...1 of my friends dad got a surgery done there...once while travellin in train i met a bohra lady from some remote..while chattin she said she has a daughter with some heart prob surgery costing 4 lakhs which is done in saifee hospital for free ...
how come insaaf bhai never comes accross such people..............and yea this case is not figment of my imagination...she said that when i did arzi i was asked to contact local aamil who in turn gave her reccommendation to Dr.moiz bhaisaab on whose instruction it was done.
