He is probably requesting or perhaps telling Imam not to return as things are under control. He has taken over control of all the everything in the dawat and resolved all the problems of the community therefore Imam should not be worried and stay wherever he is healthy and happy.

On the other hand Qutbuddin Mola has never shown his might publicly..... has never shouted from the rooftops that he is the true mansoos... has never hidden or manipulated the facts... has done and is still doing many charitable works (check his website) .... has always maintained sabar.... has always said that when haq na dai bulawe to mumin ne jawab aapvo pade and that is what is happening.... many many people are daily or weekly going to him to lend their support.... many people are giving him misaq every week.... I have seen many people coming from other cities and states... he is always humble to people who come to meet him and listens to their problems and arzi and also gives them solutions on the spot... he doesn't buy people by offering them money... and last but not the least he may have a following of 1-2% presently but those people are with him because they believe him not by force but by their heart... whereas the majority of people are with Mufaddal bhaisaab out of fear of goondas and fear of the society and boycott and such things.

If you believe in him then don't be scared of the society ... just take one step.... the 1st initiative and then Allah will show you the way.

We are some 12 lakh people but already 30-40% of our people don't believe at all in our community and the remaining ones will slowly understand and start to shift towards Qutbuddin Mola.

M/s. Mulla & Mulla and Craige & Buntley, Advocates and Solicitors have recused themselves from representing Mufaddal Saifuddin in the Mumbai High Court in the Nass Case. In simple words it means that now Mufaddal Saifuddin will have to appoint some other Advocate to fight the case against SKQ.

On inquiry with Mulla & Mulla, initially they declined to offer any reason for their decision to withdraw representing Mufaddal Saifuddin but after persistence they declared that their decision was based after viewing the Audio and Video of the London Hospital that was shown to the Bohra Community worldwide on last Sunday.

SMS advocates having recused themselves may be due to any or all of the following:

1. Conflict of interest for anybody on the team of Mulla & Mulla
2. Severe compromise of case - perhaps due to showing of Nass tapes to Bohra
Community on May 18
3. SMS - fired them for reasons of their own. (hire others for less money, for better
representation)
4. Mulla & Mulla see the fraud and tampering of evidence and cannot ethically
represent them anymore and therefore recuse themselves.

in the last 5 months qaid johar bhaisab is taking a lead in encouraging laanat baazi and baraat. First it was the azad maidaan incident and then stray incidents after that. why is he so angry?

can anybody list out qualifications of syedna muffadal saifuddin? has he completed 11 alkas of jamea tus saifiya or has he or any of his shehzadas have acquired some degrees in islamic studies.
because in mazoons camp all seem to be highly qualified and they dont narrate prepared speeches. kindly share some information on above

He has not passed high school. He dropped out of school before 7th grade.

• He has had no formal education in the secular world.

• He does not speak English fluently. He had trouble figuring out what “fawwara” means in English and asked kids in waez and they said (water) fountain. We have not heard him speak a sentence in English. Whereas Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA learnt English during Syedna Taher Saifuddin’s RA era. Teacher used to come at Saify Mahal.

• He does not speak fluent Arabic. He had trouble deciphering and translating a paragraph from Syedna Taher Saifuddin RA risala during Jamea exam. When he was asked to do by Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA, he tried, fumbled and kept quiet. Mufaddal Saifuddin’s supporters say he was quiet for humility.

• He went to Cairo to learn Arabic language during the early years of Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin’s RA era. It seems he dropped out from there as well.

• He has learnt from Kothar and Jamea Ustads most of his young life, as do most Saify Mahal children.

• Later he took sabaq’s from Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA with all other sons and daughters of Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA.

• He is dependant on reading from book in waez. It is unclear who prepares the script, probably Mr. Mohammed Hasan and Mr. Haider Ali. Mufaddal Saifuddin does not have command of his content. We have never heard him to be able to do waez for 10 minutes without going back to the witten script.

• He takes Vasila by reading from script. Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA only did this reaching older age.



• He does bayan from Dawat kitabs (scripted) as well as other Shia unconfirmed sources, as we heard during Moharrem waez.


• He went to Hajj after Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA is ill, did not do Tahiyyat Tawaaf in Kaaba as instructed by our doctrine. He says Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA, when he did his last Umra, did not do it (for age reasons, no other) so he is following him.

Yes agreed, but for abdes nass has been done on sms and for them its final.

The masses have bought a certificate for their own doom and that is very sad by accepting a Nass which clearly is not valid.

On a humurous note would like to say MS qualities are BAATIL.
