There is some possibility that the court judgement may be soon. Don't know how much truth is there to it. There was a mention of the same in a newspaper in Jan 1st.

ये वाली ईमानदारी लेकर लोग दावा करते हैं दीन पर चलने का। बस शर्त पूरी करनी है लेकिन नीयत ख़राब है सो न ख़ुम्स-ज़कात से ग़ुर्बत मिटी और न समाज में समानता आई। उल्टा ग़रीब पहले से ज़्यादा ग़रीब होता गया और डकैत न सिर्फ मालदार बन गए बल्कि अब वही रसूख़दार हैं। वही मर्ज़ हैं और वही हर मर्ज़ के डाक्टर हैं।

It took me a couple of minutes to figure out this new word, but I soon realized it refers to where the Syedna will make announcements for the upcoming Ashara. God knows how many more Ashara events I will have to sit through, listening to endless praises of Syedna, his father, and his grandfather. All other dais apart from these three have been diminished from the Bohra majlis. Being in a society i have no other choice but to take part in this gathering, O Allah strengthen us and show us true path towards you.

So finally the hidden truth has come out straight from an inside family source from Dar, who is based in UK.

The aamil in Dar was killed instantly. He was hit by a machete. This was a ‘royal supari’ given to a hitman. He was not in ICU but deliberately kept for a week in a mortuary for a week while muffy escaped to Mombasa. Originally the plan was to stay in Tanzania till Eid Al Adha, but it was cut short and then a hurried quiet departure from Mombasa without the usual pomp and unaccompanied by escorts.

Root Cause: a Tanzanite gem mine owned by the Dawat in Tanzania where kothar wanted total control vs. the Dar aamil being in charge.

His family is unaware and think it was an attack from KQs side and aamil was a martyr. Thats why he was proclaimed 'Shaheed'. Good cover up that muffy was there. Made things easier.

The Amil was in Dar from more than 25 years and was very well liked and respected by the bohras. He was also a very good and close friend of muffy. Yet for money and power he was murdered. Imagine what they will do to ordinary bohras if you oppose them.

I understand your situation and your pain, and praying to Allah for help is a good thing. But Allah does not help those who do not help themselves. You can start by refusing to fill out the form. I know it is not easy and it will invite repercussions but how do you think anything will change if you keep obeying their diktats? Non-cooperation is a good tactic. Don't do it alone, maybe get a few likeminded friends and all of you refuse to fill out the form. There is strength in numbers. Remember freedom and justice come with a price. Good luck!

*मुहर्रम आते है या दूसरे कोई मिक़ात आते है तब हम अक्सर उन मोमिनिन पर तंजिया और मज़हिया फिकरे कसते है जो मजलिसों/वाज़ों में खुद को मोबाईल में मशरुफ रखकर जैसे तैसे अपना वक़्त निकालते है और आखरी में मातम के चंद हाथ सीनों पर मारकर बाहर आ जाते है।*

*कभी हमने इस बात पर गौर ओ तफक्कूर से काम ही नहीं लिया की इसका ज़िम्मेदार कौन...???*

*यकीनन इसके ज़िम्मेदार सबसे ज्यादा वाइज़िन और खतीब है। अपनी हर बात कहने के लिए किताब कॉपी के सफ़हात पलटते रहने के लिए मजबूर है जिसका नतीजा ये निकलता है कि मजमे से पकड़ छुट जाती है, मजमा अपने शौक में मशगूल रहता है। एक कामयाब मजलिस तभी होती है जब खतीब की मजलिस पर मजबूत पकड़ रहे।*

*खिताबत का तकाज़ा है कि मजलिस / वाज़ में जो कुछ कहना है उसकी तैयारी करके आए और वहां मौजूद हर शख्स से आँखें मिलाकर खिताब करे, अगर कोई दूसरे कामों में मशगूल मिले तो उन्हें रोके टोके और प्यार से समझाए। दो चार बार ऐसा होगा तो बाकी सभी लोग भी अलर्ट हो जायेंगे, मगर ये होगा तभी जब वाइज़ या खतीब खुद मजलिस का उन्वान मोज़ू जिस पर उसे बोलना है उसकी तैयारी करके आए, याद करके आए।*

*दरअसल हमारा निज़ाम/सिस्टम की तवज्जो का मरकज सिर्फ़ आम मोमिनिन ही होता है। उन्हीं में रिफॉर्म लाने की नई नई स्कीम सोचता रहता है, मसलन वाज़ में कबलल वक़्त आना, कुर्ता पाजामा साया लाज़मी पहनकर आना, कार्ड स्कैन करवाकर अपनी अटेंडेंस दर्ज करवाना, घुटनों पर बैठकर मातम करना etc etc..., इतने मरहले से गुज़रकर भी नतीजा ये निकलता है कि लोग अंदर मोबाईल में गुम हो जाते या उबासियां लेते है।*

*हमारे सिस्टम को कभी ये खयाल क्यों नहीं आता कि आम से ज्यादा खवास ( खतीब, वाइज़, मुल्ला मशाएख) में रिफॉर्म की ज़रूरत है।*

*किसी बच्चे को पूरी नमाज़ न आने पर या कोई सूरत याद न होने पर मिसाक रोक देने वाले जिम्मेदारान (??) अपना मुहासिबा कब करेंगे, अपना जायज़ा कब लेंगे?? ये खुद वाज़ की तैयारी करके याद करके क्यूं नहीं आते?? कुरआन की आयतें और हदीस के अक़वाल जो बयान की मुनासिबत से ज़रूरी हो उसे याद करके क्यों नहीं आते???*

*दूसरे मसलक/फिरकों के वाइज़िन को दौराने-खिताबत कभी किताबों में झांकते हुए नहीं देखा। वो सीधे मजमे से मुखातिब होकर अपनी बात कहते है। चाहे वो मजलिस 2 घंटे की ही क्यों न हो???*

It's unfortunate that I lack the strength to resist. My family holds many titles, such as Mullah and Sheikh, and some members are already suspicious of me. Any repercussions could turn into a nightmare for me.

I understand your dilemma it is hard when whole family is andhbhakt.

I could come out of this toxic cult because my family is not andhbhakt they rely on Quran and Panjatan teachings.
