From your posts above and your replies to Oma, one thing is clear. There is a serious lack of conscience and sensitivity on your part. Are you trying to say that giving money to murderers, for whatever reasons, humanitarian or otherwise is okay, but supporting poor people in the community is not? Or is it a lower priority?

Let locals manage the jamaats as was the practice earlier. It is he who insists on micro managing everything. Then, why don't you want him to take responsibility?
