I am still not sure where in the quran it says that the zakat money has to go to the dai. Please show me.
From what I understand the quran says
"Alms are for the poor and the needy, and those employed to administer the (funds); for those whose hearts have been (recently) reconciled (to the truth); for those in bondage and in debt; in the cause of Allah; and for the wayfarer: (thus is it) ordained by Allah, and Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom." (At-Tawbah :60)"

The Al vazarat is making I.D. Cards for all Mumineen, to facilitate registration etc. Attached please find two (2) forms. One for the head of the family and one for each individual family member.
Please fill them with photograph to that they could be processed and I.D. Cards made. The I.D. Card also needs a picture so please bring an extra picture of each individual.
If you cannot open the Acrobat file, forms will be available at the Markaz
