You didnot reply to the querry of MF which asks you if you knew Murtaza Dahodwala aka Ashraf Dahod personally then how could you make mistake of not recognizing the name as well as donation to Saifee Hospital and Boston Masjid.
Also you didnot comment why such show of wealth for wedding and why they are still asking for high amount of saabil and donations if Aqa Moula has given FAAKHIR money to North America.

Dear Accuntability: I have been fighting to report to IRS about the fradulent Dawat-E-Hadiyah Trust set up by Kothar to channel their salams and ill gotten money but nothing has come out of it so far- How do I get the tax ID # and open records of Dawat-e- Hadiyah trust?If we suceed getting that it will be very helpful to take them to the court and make them pay their long awaited dues!

I do not know, if Dawat e hadiya is registered in United States or not. If they are an off shore registered trust, then they have no obligation to report their returns to Irs. and if they are not registered in states, then they wont be on charitable trust list.

I think the best way to find is, if you live in united states, and you are a sabil payer and wajebat payer, then the reciepts you get should have the trust name and no. If your reciepts (or anyone you know) mentions the name, then you can ask IRS to provide you with the returns, under charitable trust act. ]

I doubt that dawat hadia is registered in states.

Progressive may not have done much in building Mosques and Ziyarats and Mausolems but they have not taxed poor Bohras to death like asking a unit of US $ 21,000 from each family whether it is Toronto or NJ or any part of world or asking Sabils and FAAKHIR WAJEBAATS. So making Mausolems and Ziyafats at whose cost they are doing. I can build thousands of Mouselems if I can act as MAFIA and collect money.

Belief: I did not understand why were you upset and frustrated.

Mohammad Hussain was asking for the information, which may lead to unearthing of any misappropriation or mismanagement. So that it could be brought to notice of proper authorities. Which in my opinion is khidmat to community.

Unless you are frustrated because of your involvment in it or there is some other reason.

It will be a real khidmat, if people start asking questions about mismanagment and misappropriation. So that the funds collected are used properly, and lavish lifestyle of amils could be put on check.

Regarding your question, I would add to OB's answer. Aren't the funds raised for very same purposes. If so, then it should have been spent and properly and accountably spent on such causes.

Main purpose of Dawat-e-Hadiya as envisaged in the charter and registration is elimination of poverty from the world. I hope its charter include poor bohras too. I know lots of them. Some of them are my relatives too.

Do not ask me, what I did for them. First I have not raised and register any charitable organization, second I am not living in palaces.
