Bro mohdsaifee69,

I can suggest some lawyers for your divorce and it is also not neccesary that they should belong to bohra community only because divorce proceedings in the court of law will be conducted under Shia Ismaili law as bohras are governed by the same and any intelligent lawyer will be capable to handle the same. However I would STRICTLY suggest that you please do not go to the court but settle the matter with kothar only because firstly the court proceedings are time consuming, secondly the court is mostly biased towards women and thirdly the court will ask you to pay maintainence every month to your wife till your case is disposed off. If you are from mumbai then you approach Shk Shabbirbhai Rampurawala at badri mahal as he the best person for the job.

Actually, divorce cases in Mumbai are handled by the mukasir saheb himself. Also, he will most likely ask the husband to pay maintenance. This is the ethically correct thing to do. Women are generally worse off from a divorce and their needs and rights need to be respected. It is not correct to try and weasel out of ones responsibility.

Here is how I would have dealt with that tumor..
If she is still living with you, I would bring a new women over and even take them into the bedroom, and let her scent cohere the bedsheets..
As you might not no, there is a new trend in our community were you can borrow a bohri girl to come and live at your place, without being married.. If I were you, I would jump on this train.. Who knows, you might even find someone you might like and keep as a future slave.. Take her to places were you are sure you'll bump into your wife, or her friends & family.. And if you have children, take them along.. And if this doesn't take care of your problem, will just have to take it to the next stage.. good luck :wink:
