Brother Aqa-Maula had asked on Auguist 26 some questions which had not come to my notice:-
Questions for Mr. Insaaf
Are there any Qardan - Hasanah schemes run by progressive jamaats??? If by any chance yes, than:-
No. There is no Qardan - Hasanah scheme in reformist Jamats. Any scheme for entire community involving huge amount of money can be started and run by those who have ample material resources, which our Sayedna Saheb’s establishment has and which the reformist Jamats do not have as they do not extract money from the community.
Reformists Bohras have established
educational and medical trust, schools, orphanages, homes for aged etc. Whatever amount their Jamats receive by way of
the voluntary donations they spend it on giving school and college fees, paying of debts of poor people, Vazifas to Mullas and Ulemas whom Kothar has neglected.
In times of natural calamity, communal riots etc, reformist Bohras collect funds by appeal and their volunteers personally go to the sufferers and help them to the best of their capacities. They take care to spend the last penny of the fund thus collected.
The Qardan - Hasanah scheme was started by the Sayedna Burhanuddin Saheb’s establishment due to the pressure of the reformist Bohras who were constantly exposing him that he forcibly collects more than Rs. 20 Crores per year from the community and does nothing for them.
What are the terms and conditions???
Qardan means loan and Hasna means mercy or sympathy. Therefore Qardan – Hasanah is something given out of sympathy. So how can there be any term and condition especially for Sayedna Saheb who claims to be
“Merciful” and
“a Humane at Heart” and whom community has given much more than his needs?
What is the Max amount available???
The amount is always decided on the requirement of the concerned person and the capacity of giver.
How it is secured???
Qardan – Hasanah is different than Zakat. Zakat is given to poor and needy for their survival. Qardan – Hasanah is given to the person or persons to enhance his/her business or to relive him from some debt or for immediate need of repair or buy a house.
Oh sorry.....Allah is the guarantor and he stands for everyone – I m sure u must be filing suits against Allah as he is the guarantor.
Allah is the only guarantor for all, even for a prophet’s life and security; it is a sin to ridicule Allah in blind faith of a mortal being.
What if people default in repayments???.....
Such thoughts come only in a materialistic exploitative mind having no sympathy for other’s sufferings.
