Dubai Fanatics

The one and only free public forum for Bohras. The focus of this forum is the reform movement, the Dawoodi Bohra faith and, of course, the corrupt priesthood. But the discussion is in no way restricted to the Bohras alone.

anajmi,

you can keep dancing pirouettes here on this board with aqs until the cows come home and you still wont be able to pin him down. People like him are like corrupt, greasy politicians; they will keep avoiding answering to the point, then they will avoid yr questions, when that doesnt work, they will throw doubt on your questions, then on you, then jump into another totally extraneous issue to divert attention. if all these ploys dont work, then they will use the principle of taqqiya and invoke molana ali on their side, finally they will dismiss you as a dawat no dushman and claim they cannot discuss these matters of deen on a public site. if you ask why, they will claim to be privy to the highly secret knowledge of the ahlul bait, and if you corner them on that b.s., they will ask you to join sabaks.

see a familiar pattern behind all this? all brainwashed cultists display the same characteristics. deny, avoid, throw doubt, claim exclusivity, claim entitlement, go into siege mentality mode, disparage your detractors, shrink from a straight-on fight, negotiate but not confront, act superior, etc etc etc.

i have encountered hundreds like aqs in my life. they are all the same wily, slimy eels. some are outwardly more reasonable in their approach than others. aqs makes attempts at being suave, smooth and tolerable, tries to present a more amiable face, but nevertheless is of the same breed - a snake oil salesman.

Al Z,

I don't need to pin him down. He has already turned his back onto a couple of threads where questions were raised. Atleast he was honest when he said that the Kothar wants you to use their facilities and that they do not want competition. He is pretty much onboard with the fact that for the kothari goons, religion is just business. The problem is, he doesn't see anything wrong with it. This is for the lack of religious understanding and kothari brainwashing. Pretty soon, he will just dissappear like Fatema or Hades or the dozens of others who have come before them.
