End these Tamashas and the corruption thereof
Re: End these Tamashas and the corruption thereof
The Dai is what does not matter in the big picture. Infact, in the big picture, he is causing harm not just for the here but also for the hereafter. Again, that is only for those who have faith in the hereafter.
Re: End these Tamashas and the corruption thereof
Moving posts again!!!! Actually NOTHING matters in the big picture. Again, this is only for those who have faith in the Divine that is not limited and diminished by a book or a prophet.
Re: End these Tamashas and the corruption thereof
The Sarbaat drinking posts are your forte. You are the one who is getting in constant debate with N/A. I think that better suits your nerves and your IQ level and YOU should stick to that.Fatwa Banker wrote:Aarif,
Your incoherent post is devoid of logic. Perhaps you should stick to commenting on N/A's Sarbaat drinking posts instead of dumbing down other topics.
BTW: On a serious note what's your genius plan on reforming the corrupt Dai without removing him from his post? And how do you gaurantee that his successor will not repeat history?
Re: End these Tamashas and the corruption thereof
So if NOTHING matters in the big picture, reform would be pointless too. What is the point in trying to reform someone who is going diminish your faith using a book (Daim ul Islam)!!. And the hypocrisy of it is that you are using the same book to reform him!!Moving posts again!!!! Actually NOTHING matters in the big picture. Again, this is only for those who have faith in the Divine that is not limited and diminished by a book or a prophet.
And you were saying something about moving posts??
Moving onto something that actually makes sense -
Daim ul Islam was created to glorify the Imam and to make him the master of his followers just like mithaq was created to glorify the Dai and make him the master and owner of the lifes of the bohras. Neither of these two have any basis from the obvious understanding of the Quran. One needs to develop really convoluted metaphorical interpretations of the Quran to justify the authority of the Imam and the Dai. Now, the reform movement doesn't need to eliminate the position of the Dai. Good leaders are always needed. A Dai is supposed to use his knowledge of the scripture to help people move towards a spiritual existence. There is no justification of a Dai or an Imam in the Quran who is the owner of the lives and the properties of the believers. Asghar Ali Engineer can always be heard claiming how the Dai is going against the Quran. This Dai is corrupt. The reform movement should be geared towards recalling this Dai and replacing him with another one who is not a ruler, but a religious leader. However, we should stay away from people who are against the "literal interpretation" of the Quran because these are the people who will be foremost in manipulating the Quran to suit their own agenda.

Feom here:King of Saudi Arabia is the sole custodian/current title holder and not Aaisha! Likewise he is for Jannat-ul-baki.
He demolished later and not former! Why this double-standard?

Also read this:The initial dismantling of the sites began in 1806 when the Wahhabi army of the first Saudi State occupied Medina and systematically leveled many of the structures at theJannat al-Baqi' Cemetery This is the vast burial site adjacent the Prophet's Mosque (Al-Masjid al-Nabawi) housing the remains of many of the members of the Prophet Muhammad’s family, close companions and central figures of early Islam. The Ottoman Turks, practitioners themselves of more tolerant and at times mystical strains of Islam, had erected elaborate mausoleums over the graves of Al-Baqi’. These were leveled in their entirety. Mosques across the city were also targeted and an attempt was made to tear down the Prophet's tomb
Widespread vocal criticism of this last action by Muslim communities as far away as India, eventually lead to abandoning any attempt on this site. Political claims made against Turkish control of the region initiated the Ottoman-Saudi war

You started this personal thing by asking me to stick to the Sharbat thread. And since you are the most intelligent participant on this forum can you please tell me how the reformists can get rid of the corruption without getting rid of the Dai?
