High time people realize syedna is human being, flesh and blood, with all the trials and tribulations that a human body, human being goes through. Perhaps this whole Nass mess was Allah's ways of bringing sense and order in the community. It is clear syedna erred by not declaring Nass in public, when he had ample chance and opportunity. He has lived a long and productive life before his present condition. The fact is that he hasn't done so in public before his near collapse via a stroke.
That leaves everyone, and the common ordinary bohra at the mercy of his doctor son-in law interpretation translation to the public. The real question is : would he, dr. Moiz make this up? would all of syednas children make this up, now knowing that syedna had a stroke and was rendered speechless?

Does that even matter now as majority of people of the community have accepted Muffaddalbhai saheb as the 53rd Dai.

When the Nass Show was going on i was in Medina , and it was Live , No one could understand a word what Mohammed Burhanuddin whispered then the Maghrib Azan came and the Person In charge there Lead the Prayer and i think he had finished the Prayer in between 1-2 Minute and then again started the Live show. Me and my father couldn't understand what is Going on there and the Bohri's cannot even Pray Properly , that too in the City of the Holy Prophet of Islam (S.a.w.w)
and when ever i think of this Incident i am pretty sure that the Nass is not correct

just got a news, 2 of my cousin in India did nikah and paid around 2 lacs rupees in saify mahal, while they don't give it to relatives "who are needy" but they do have money to spend on salaam.

Dawat e Hadiyah - conceived, edited, fine tuned and analysed
by a team of diplomats

Mansoos is the illegitimate heir to the position, he has no backing of the Mazoon or the Diai .

Tell me something, if the government of the state/country you live in is corrupt and you are not satisfied with the administration, and the leader says we are this way, if you can tolerate us stay or else leave the country and go somewhere else. would you leave your home, your people, friends, give away your source of income. Or would you stay and raise your voice and fight back.
The majority of the people on this forum are facing the same problem in our community.

Yazid offered the same to Imam Hussain AS that if you do not like go in seclusion like Imam Hassan did and he offered Imam Hussain all kind of titles and compensation

Dawat E Hadiyah is a government within the government,they call themselves Aqa, Shezaadas and Shezaadis, they have their own army Burhani Guard, have their own Language Dawat E Lissan their own code of dress STD their own currency, the new gold coin which is given out to selected ones and they have their own education ministry and now their own Building and construction committee and most of all their own GREEN CARD viz E Jamaat card and they live in Big Palaces not accessible to ordinary Bohras so do you see the truth yet

IN PUBLIC: Syedna TUS has been silent on nass issue (Dr. Moiz translated/interpreted... Not Muala himslef)
IN PUBLIC: Mazoon has been mum about it
IN PUBLIC: Mansoos has not publicly that anyone has heard acknowledged himself in his own words, as 53rd or as Mansoos. Everybody surrounding him talks about it - but that's not the same. He himself has been quiet.

there are 4 rutba na sahebs Dai Mazoon Mukasir and Mansoos.

And all 4 Rutba na Sahebs for the most part have stayed Silent on Nass issue or "dispute".
