I am a little perplexed at the message from Mufaddal Mola. If roti making at home is a good thing, why is cooking at home not encouraged as well? Why have us deal with mass produced food? I think it is a terrible idea. I think he has it quite backwards. Roti is less nuanced than tarkari. Let us get mass produced roti and let us cook our own tarkari! Or let us do all of it at home! I for one am quite happy if we go back to 100% home cooked food. Even my wife thinks that would be simpler.

I think the whole message is confused. If cooking at home is a good thing and is exemplified by Moulatena Fatema AS last action for her children, and it is an act by which we demonstrate our love to our family, then let us cook and make rotis at home and put an end to the useless thaali! If the mass produced food is somehow supposed to bring Mola's love to us, it is falling short. Unless Mola's love is bland, devoid of nourishment and cause for dissatisfaction and rancour at the thaal! Not sure what all the roti competitions are achieving other than a huge waste of food, time and resources... If there is a cohesive message that the roti frenzy and the contradictory thaali is supposed to convey, it is lost on me.....

Dawedar Mr Muffadul "More-la" is not known for his consistency or his intelligence. As you perhaps realize, all he really wants is to control your life. All aspects of it. How you eat, what you eat, what you wear, what you study, what books you read, and even what you think. So, this roti-making is just another tool for him to gain control over your life. He makes you dependent on him from the thaali-scheme, and then uses the roti scheme to make you get engrossed in trivial nonsense, leaving no time for creative and intellectual endeavors.

More-la Muffadul wants a community of zombies, who he controls completely and absolutely. To his credit, he has achieved this already. Just look at the baboonish idiots, donning scout uniforms, wearing military fatigues, wearing funny medieval dresses, complete with coconut-like hats, dancing around with swords, riding horses and, in general, making fools of themselves. More-la Muffadul must be so proud! Even his "mazoon" Mr. Hussain Hussamudin is enjoying people saluting him, and presenting monstrous cakes with solar system model designed by a 6th century illiterate. Why won't he? Who would not want such sniveling idiots bend and faun around you?

Here, in our town, apparently More-la Muffadul has asked people to bring Kardan Hassanat on Friday, on milad night and also on milad day. On top of that, he has instructed people to give him faakhir najwaa on milad day. I mean, how greedy and money hungry can he be? It is extraordinary and mind-boggling.

Thank Allah that He has given me enough sense not to follow this Yazidi usurper. May He give you the same.
