"Investigations revealed that they admitted to practice Shia Bohra, but the JAIP had to take their evidence and seized the books of remembrance are used for analysis," he said yesterday.

Mohd Anis told the initial investigation on homeowners and individuals who are in the premises to confirm that they came from India as well as admitted to practice Shiasim Bohra since generations yet.

He said homeowners also recognizes the Shiite Bohra practice but not preach and practice only among close relatives.

Daily Herald yesterday following operations were introduced by relatives home owners and most of them are business people and professionals.

Mohd Anis said they come to the residence to serve and reliable remembrance because they believe that night is 'Lailatul Qadr' in conjunction with the murder of Ali, on 21 Ramadan.

He said JAIP will call all those in the house to come to the Office of Religious District (Paid) on July 23 to give evidence.

He said the investigation carried out under the Syariah Criminal Enactment 2013 which contravene Section 15 of the fatwa, Section 17 has a document that is contrary to the Sunnah Wal Jamaah and Section 18 has books, magazines and others in control and safe.

According to him, if convicted of the three sections of the same sentence, which is punishable by a fine of 3,000 or two years imprisonment or both.

well one should abide the law of the land. having said that it is our basic right to practice our religion in whatever way we believe in. UN charter of human rights guarantee freedom of religion. if our jamat has balls they should lodge complaint against Malaysian got under UN human rights in UN office in Geneva. there are lot of Christians, Chinese budhist hindus living in Malaysia. why are we singled out.
I doubt that jamat will do anything, except just fleeing, or running away. in a way it is right statergy. As we practice the heretic kind of islam, which has no substance in any of known Islamic fiqah. All those made up stories and rituals in last 100 years has made our faith a heretic faith. This is islam, there is no tolerance in religion in islam. like our clergy do not tolerate any deviation, they even do not tolerate not being fleeced in the name of religion. As our clergy has shown time and again, they have no heart, so other Islamic sections have no heart.
well anyways, Malaysian authorities went above and beyond in stopping or harassing anyone praying in their own home. it is against privacy laws of any country, if Malaysia is signatory to UN charter of rights then they cannot do it.

Malaysia is doing exactly what u.s. does. when it see's a wrong being done, it takes action and asks questions later. In a religion like the bohri religion, where in the name of islam people are being fleeced and one family is worshipped as "me Lord" should be bought to an end. religion is one thing but conning people out of money in the name of religion is another.

Malaysia is doing this because its Islamic Council has received reports/complaints that shia activities are going on in that house and other parts of Malaysia.
As we all know,Malaysia is against all Shia teaching,preaching and rituals.
I wouldnt be suprise that those who filed complaints are bohris.

This is not the first time it has been such a raid,there was raids too at the masjid in the capital city.

SBM you are right, they should be allowed and also allowed to practice whatever they believe in. I said it in my post, that our clergy is getting to see the other of side of the same coin. I also said that our religion has become heretic and cult, which revolves around one person. Mormons in Christianity is believed to be a heretic sect, but no Christian pope has ordained to stop them from practicing. As long as they are non violent. Mitt Romney was a Mormon.

Wonderful, for an abde to talk about the Geneva Convention, democracy, human rights etc etc. 51, 52 and now 53 they ruled with iron clad hands. No dissent allowed. 52 gave a public apology. I was under the impression that the Dais (& so called Dais) get Indian Diplomatic Passports where they don't need visas.

Diplomatic Passport does not guarantee automatic VISA it just provides certain protocols and immunity from prosecutions in the host country.
If that was the case then Saudi or Iranian would NOT be able to deny entry to Israeli leaders or vice versa.

I have seen SMB's passport. Its normal Indian passport and not the diplomatic one.

is this news true that MS visa for malaysia was cancelled?

his visa if not should be cancelled not only in Malaysia but any other country. He should stay in his hometown of india and do all the preaching.His hometown is the place where he can fool all the people all the time.
