bhujbal's finally in jail. it's been 3 years since massive scam first unveiled...now ACB grilling what was source of 200 crore money laundered. the booty received by badruddin adamji icici bank nagpur civil lines account tune of 2 crores was freezed. only 19 people have been named in FIR. but there are many more including 2 contractors ankit and badruddin adamji ..many will come out after further grilling by ACB and ED, court proceeding/directions and during final chargesheet. as what is revealed so far is tip of iceberg. coz of qj chor's influence , burhan's and muffadul's so called doa momad kaizar husain and hatim husain of chandrapur is roaming free outside still and axe not fallen on duo..this chapter goons are bro in law of dawood chinikamwalo, well known goon of ghorapdeo.

Chargesheet filed by ACB details how the contractors close to ex-deputy CM made huge profits in Maha Sadan project.
The chargesheet filed by the Anti-Corruption Bureau against former deputy CM Chhagan Bhujbal has exposed startling details of how crores were paid to companies owned by the Bhujbal family by contractors involved in the development of the Maharashtra Sadan in Delhi. The corruption was cleverly concealed by bogus calculations in the proposal that was submitted to the Cabinet sub-committee when the NCP leader, now lodged in Arthur Road Jail, was a minister in the PWD.
Bhujbal allegedly fudged the calculation of payments on three major fronts which benefitted the contractor and subsequently Bhujbal's family-run companies. These were: the sale value of the commercial development portion of the Maharashtra Sadan project, profit value and consideration from the project (who gets what).
The chargesheet (a copy of which is with Mirror) filed by the ACB on April 24, 2016, quotes cheque payments worth Rs 20.22 crore to Bhujbal's family-run companies. The dubious proposal presented by the PWD ministry was passed by Cabinet sub-committee. Sources said it was a routine procedure, and such proposals are generally passed assuming that the ministry had done its due diligence while crunching the numbers.
As far as the sale value of commercial development goes, the PWD feasibility report (on the basis of the 2006 ready reckoner rate) quoted it at Rs 207.9 crore. However, the ACBappointed architect and valuer Shirish Sukhatme's report quoted Rs 950.95 crore (as per 2006 RR rate). The L&T project head, Sudhir Kulkarni, on February 2, 2016, valued the amount at Rs 4,300 crore (as per 2006 RR rate).
The main contractor, KS Chamankar, had signed a third party agreement with L&T and a firm called Prime Builder without the knowledge of the state government. The PWD report mentioned that a profit of Rs 2.39 crore (1.33%) would be made from the project. But Sukhatme's report pegs the profit amount at Rs 34.44 crore (356.36%). According to the chargesheet, Kulkarni points to the agreement between Chamankar, and sub-contractor L&T, wherein profit to L&T is mentioned as Rs 850 crore, and Rs 160.99 crore to others. Cushman and Wakefield, a global realty firm, pegged the profit at Rs 1081.70 crore.
The PWD proposal included an assurance that the state government would get Rs 86.55 crore, while Chamankar would get Rs 801 crore and other benefits.
Bulk payments were made by subcontractors to Chamankar. L&T allegedly paid him Rs 123.10 crore and Prime Builder Rs 354.99 crore. Chamankar in turn paid Bhujbal family companies; Origin Infra got Rs 6.04 crore and Origin infrastructure Pvt Ltd got Rs 68 lakh. Associates of Chamankar allegedly paid Bhujbal's family-run company Niche Infrastructure Pvt Ltd Rs 13.5 crore

As per insider sources, the directors of Alamdar Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. who were once the key players in SBUT project are very close to Bhujbal's son and nephew.

The guy Hussain Abbas Panwala of sagwada who ran away with my 50k in kuwait visa fraud used to work for Alamdar and now working with Tricone, galyiakot, run by murtuza poonawala. He used to tell me he had good connections in NCP, but i did not believe him as he was just 28 and realized much latter when he ran away that he was 'feku'. but found all records of he worked in alamdar from sbut office HR dept. He allegedly involved in forgery of sbut documents and was blacklisted later.he would know about his boss NCP connections

do u know anybody who is the owner of tricone?
as per my information they are kaizer and taizun . they are us citizens, living in newjersy cranbury but having business interest in india in real estate sector.
they had done partnership with one leading builder of india also --i think DSK--though that partnership has now fallen.
all raudat tahera works and saifee masjid works inclucing the kabar of SMB was made by that firm.

Yes..Taizun is MD and owner of tricone. Have not heard of kaizar and other board members, but they have some murtuza poonawala who also hails from US looking after india operations. He was techie for long in US before coming to tricone.

Maharashtra Sadan scam: Chamankar would have made Rs 1100-cr profit

A WINDFALL profit of Rs 1,100 crore is what contractor KS Chamankar would have made in the Maharashtra Sadan project if the deal would have seen the light of the day, according to the chargesheet filed by the Maharashtra Anti-Corruption Bureau in the case.

The ACB has identified it as an important amount to “nail the lie” of the former deputy chief minister of Maharashtra Chhagan Bhujbal in the scam. The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader had undervalued the property stating that the developer would earn only Rs 2 crore.

As per the chargesheet, a copy of which is with The Indian Express, L&T Asian Realty Project LLP had acquired the project in 2011 by entering into a tripartite agreement with Chamankars and Prime Builders & Developer Pvt Ltd. The company had engaged M/s Cushman and Wakefield to do a valuation of the project. The internal valuation report prepared by Cushman and Wakefield in 2011 stated that KS Chamankar Enterprises alone would have made a profit of over Rs 1,100 crore while L&T had pegged its profit to an estimated Rs 850 crore before taking over the project.

Sudhir Kulkarni, project head of L&T LLP at that time, whose statement is part of the chargesheet, had said the project was pegged at Rs 4,300 crore
