Petition for Booking Mufaddal under Anti-Superstition and Black Magic Act 2013

Mufaddal can be easily booked for following sections I hope the other dawedar has one of the 7 petitions to include this too:
Claiming to make miracles and defrauding or terrorising people.
(fake mojizas of Muffy to get donations)
Creating the impression that a person has supernatural powers and compelling people to follow his/her orders.
(Muffys claim to have Imam ni "taeed"\ divine authority and forcing people to do sajda to him through emotional brainwashing)
Accusing a person of practising black magic or being an incarnation of saitan, blaming him/her of causing diseases or misfortune, and harassing the person.
(Accusations on other dawedar)
Preventing a person from seeking medical advice in case of dog, snake, or scorpion bite, and compelling him/her to take magic remedies.
(Phunk nu paani which has caused death of many bohras instead of taking medicaladvice,)
PLease let us know how to proceed with this , can the other dawedar be apprised of this so that if he has not invoked the above section in his 7 petitions he can also include above. So that when Mufaddal loses the case he can also goto Jail for 5 yrs

Yes there are videos where he says that kakaji practices "black magic" a false and slander accusation to demean the dawedar for his own benifit.
The evdences are there in videos but Muffy team does not publish it publicly.

And who knows Muffy could himself be a real black magician ? the "faaal kholvu" is also a black magic act eventhough it uses the Quran. Fal kholvi is a mockery of Quran and no different from fortune telling by astrologers.
I guess it can be easily proven that Muffy amils do this evil "faal " business.

INcorrect , it has been already used to arrest people , A strong case can be clearly built to get Mufaddal arrested, this is the work of reformists:
On 4 September 2013, the ordinance was used for the first time to arrest two individuals in the Nanded district, who had advertised miracles cures for AIDS, cancer and diabetes in a newspaper. Members of MANS helped the police understand which clause would be applicable.[22] On 8 September 2013, a man claiming to be an avatar of Krishna was arrested in Kandivali under this ordinance. He was also charged under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act for molestation.[23]
IF interested other dawedar can contact Maharashtra Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti (MANS) to develop a case against Muffy, already huge numbers have been arrested thanks to this act:

But i guess the dawedar would notpursue this as he himself could be caught and even his father could be tried posthomously. So this info is only for reformists to pursue.

Yes muslim first, please do go ahead with this campaign.
Im sure it will be just as successful as the many other bright ideas from this forum.

Nice , but these are just words who has the guts to put it into practice. Reformists have been behind the clergy but they always overpower any opposition due to their influence and money power . Even if strong evidence are provied for above , Muffy will still get bail even before getting arrested.

Remember Asaram Bapu, Muffy's counterpart ? Although Asaram was once a blue eyed boy of Modi but he still got arrested and is languishing in jail since many months. Asaram was one of the biggest investors in real estate in Modi's Gujarat but due to some rift with Modi his criminal cases were once again pursued and he was ultimately arrested. So if at all there is a rift between Modi and Muffy then we can expect some serious action against Muffy.

Your Dai is not a prophet but a dawedar, Dai system itself ended at 47th Dai. 48,49... 53 ARE all dawedars.

My friend, from a technical perspective even MS is a dawedaar (Dawedaar means Claimant). Doesn't he claim to be a Dai just like KQ ?
