Who is better dai in case of two dawedar

The following received by mail. Hope this may help to select good dai in present circumstances.
Dear Sisters and Brothers in faith,
Since Sayedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (RA) expired, you must have observed that Muffaddal Bhai Sahib Saifuddin started travelling all over the world. He has a Fan Fair wherever he goes and the main agenda of his tours is Ziafats and Salaams.
It is observed that he gives a sum 10% or 15 % of this collection to the Mumeneen as Qaradan Hasana or under some other heading and declares as if he has given a fortune. He never bothers to know how poor Mumeneen are made to run from pillar to post for even small donations for their childrens' education or medical emergencies.
After the demise of Sayedna, his Vaez, sermons or bayaans are totally senseless. His Vaez at midnight at Udaipur recently has used a language which even a normal cannot use let alone a Dai. The video of this Vaez is available on Youtube. Regarding women, his views are known to everybody. He wants them to spend time making Roti.
FMB scheme was his idea. The main aim of this scheme was to collect money from community by force and in return give food for one time a day and be praised for this Azeem Nemat! Can a human take credit for something that others are forced to do? To give readymade food to the needy is a good idea, but to make them work and earn their own bread would be a better idea. A slave mentality created out of this largesse is what he aimed for and achieved.
Qaradan Hasana scheme is only for collecting a huge amount of money so that Mumeneen are always under his thumb and always dance to his tunes. They collect this fund in every Majlis or Namaaz. The basis of Qaradan Hasana is to give without any conditions. It is Fi-amanillah but is returnable. It is the duty of the beneficiary to return the amount. Here Qaradan Hasana is collected not be returned but as a donation. Why the amount is then collected as Qaradan Hasana? The main objective is the power it gives them to keep the Mumeneen as their Ghulams. Qaradan Hasana here is by the people and for the people. But, as felicitators, they attach the rider of Ehsaan to every loan.
Vajebaat, Galla collections, Ziafats, Salaams, selling of titles and many more schemes fills crores of rupees in the coffers of Mufaddal Saifuddin Bhai Saheb. This welath truly belongs to the community and whatever small amount is given back is termed as “Ehsaan & Karam”.

The Amils are agents to collect this wealth. They are de-facto Moulas. They always say that they are here for khidmat of community but in reality they get khidmat from community. The system of Raza has been created specifically for the purpose of keeping the Amils well fed. Every time one meets the Amil, a salaam has to be done. In some places Amils have become so powerful, they extract money like the local goons. Even after taking so much money they are not satisfied. They keep praising the Dai and cursing the whistle blowers. Such people are called “Ehsaan Faramosh”.
For Mumeneen the above topics are the inevitable subject of discussion whenever and wherever they meet – an unending story of subjugation. Which goes to show that, this affects all of us individually and collectively but are always in denial mode for fear of Baraat. But now we have an opportunity. There are two Dawedaars for the post of Dai – one is control of all the property and wealth of Dawat and also has the support of a majority of Bohras. This support albeit is not because of any religious reason but fear of loosing out favor and that they would be debarred from Jamaat Khanas, Masjids and Kabrastaans. The other Dawedaar has less support and has no control over the properties and wealth that the first one commands.
The Raudat Tahera Nus video clearly shows that there was no Nus on Mufaddal Bhai Saheb Saifuddin. That is the reason why this video has not been given as proof to the court. If the Nus was clearly done, they would have given this as proof and the case would have been solved in day one. On the contrary the second Dawedaar has given this video as proof that no Nus had been done at all. This video was put by the second Dawedaar on Youtube but Mufaddal Bhai Saheb Saifuddin under the pretext of copyright made Youtube to remove it. There are other video and audios for the Nus at hospital in London. These are also suspect because these have also not been placed as evidence in court. Only once have these videos been showed in Masjids. The claims of the first Dawedaar are clearly false.
In the same manner, Dawedar two has claimed that Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (RA) had proclaimed Nus on the day when he had appointed him in rutba of Mazoon. Sayedna has also instructed him not to reveal any one else till he (Sayedna) is alive. This claim also cannot stand in the court of law.

Now considering these circumstances where do we Mumeneen stand. Since we do not have any proof from both the Dawedar of Nus, we can only conjecture. But as far as faith of our Community goes, Dawedar two is on the very next position of Rutba after Dai, and it is believed that the person on such a high Rutba always speaks truth and only truth. Yes, it is difficult to believe that Dawedar two is telling the truth when huge wealth and power is involved and both are blood relations.
We, as Dawoodi Bohra have listened and accepted whatever Dai and his Amil has said. We have kept aside the real Islam and started believing that the Dia is God on earth. We started worshiping & kissing every belonging of the Dai. We have even started kissing stones as sacred. We have made our Masjids as theatres and played music in them. We have displayed life size photos in Masjids on the occasions of Salgirah of the Dai. Slowly but thoughtfully we have been hoodwinked & transformed from true followers of Islam to a cultish society. In this scenario, when two people are claiming right to become Dai, what should we do?
To answer this question, we cannot wait till court gives its verdict. It will take years. We should have faith in God. He gives all opportunity to come out of this situation. Though he will never tell us directly, he has given us brains to do the right thing. We have been complaining since the time of Marhoom Sydena about the system, Amils, Jamaats and many other matters that rankle but have not been heard. Even in dire situations we have accepted all atrocities with our mouths shut. Now God has given us an opportunity to select. On one side we have seen an arrogant leader in the form of Dawedar one, who is interested only in money and projecting himself as a super human bieng. On the other side the Dawedar two is giving promises that accounts of Dawat-e-Hadiya will be clean and transparent. He also promises that the Dawat administration should have concern for the well-being of the dis-advantaged people within our community, and will try hard to ensure that all have at least the basic necessities of food, shelter and clothing. He also promises to help ourselves through education and entrepreneurship schemes. He emphasises on education for both men and women. He also assures that our community should have a dynamic business outlook in this information age, a cutting-edge approach that leads us to prosperity in today’s fast-moving world. Our business vitality should not be lost due to lack of funding. It should not be undercut because of restrictions and directives that have no true basis in Shariat. Our Mawali have said that Shariat is ‘samhaa’ and accommodating, not harsh or rigid. While keeping within Shariat laws at all times, Mumeneen should be encouraged to take advantage of modern-day financial institutions. They should strive to learn new technologies and practices, and advance in business acumen and reach. These are the visions which will make our community a modern Society, unlike centuries old ideas of Dawedar one like roti making and women taking shelter in the corner of the house rather than modern education.
In this scenario it is advisable that we all should give our allegiance to Dawedaar two. Of course we have to be sceptical about his promises since Dawedar two is also from the same family and may be saying this only to gain power and after that he may turn away. But here he has promised all this on his internet site and his whole family are highly educated. They may not turn away. We all should be vigilant and when ever time comes we should get together and fight for our rights.
To conclude, we all have to decide whether we want change or remain at the mercy of Dawedar one who makes fools of us every time there is a scandal of Galef or donation in form Qaradan Hasana and then with this money rap the poor or cheat by misinformation like that of the verdict of US court regarding joint custody of children after which there were false celebrations of Fateh Mubin. There are many more examples.

Let us turn this as a movement slowly but steadily and convince our fellow Mumeneen to give allegiance to Dawedar two in private and when majority have converted the Masjids, Jumatkhanas and Kabrastan will be automatically in possession of Dawedar two. Once dawedar two is in possession of property and wealth it is us who will enjoy the fruit.
Even if you do not agree to this proposal, you can at least start non co-operation movement by remaining in the fold. Take stand on Vajebat. Give help to your fellow Mumeneen directly, instead of giving to Dawedar one & his family, who are using our money for their aiyashi. Likewise there are many areas where you can bring reform while remaining in the fold.
