Yeah, the anti drug thingy was called mohramaat .. the intention was good .. strategy was absurd .. apart from awareness, some mullahs and shiekhs went overboard with cornering and humiliating addicts .. specially the tobacco eaters .. which is commonly found. eventually it was weak and submissive who got pasted while rich and lukkkaas chewed and spat on this farmaan !
