Dear Mumin brothers, sisters and your kids: Many salams (with love, not money)

The following events are likely to bring in end of Dawoodi Bohra looting.

(1) Increasing Trump like behavior of Muffadal. Rumors has it he is unstable and losing his patience as internal jokes about his incompetence and ignorance mount.
(2) Discussion of declaring Muffadal as Imam during Moharram in Sidhpur and giving brother Qaid Johar the Dai title. The stated strategy is to end the family feud and also to checkmate Taher Fakhruddin of SKQ vintage out of Dai claim.
(3) Uniting of large number of Bohras under Global Dawoodi Bohra Alliance (GDBA) and call to stop all contributions to looters from Taher Saifuddin clan and to boycott Sidhpur event.
(4) Taher Fakhruddin is looking at dismissal of court case filed by his deceased father and has moved back from Mumbai to Bakersfield, California. In a rambling speech he has gone back to claiming that Sijda to him as legit as it was to Rasul and his vasi Ali. He claims shariat was revealed to Rasul in addition to Quran. Looks like he is losing it.

The above events may suggest unraveling of looting scheme set up by Taher Saifuddin and perfected over last ~100 years under Saifuddin clan. The greedy 21st century children of the clan all went for the control of the estimated $400 million dollars of looted money. That has been a blessing for the community.

Here is the directive to all Mumins:

(1) Stop all payments to all members of both factions of Taher Saifuddin clan. These people are not interested in welfare of the community.
(2) Take over all masjids and use them for community gatherings. You do not need corrupt Aamils to pray and be a good Bohra. An effort is underway by GDBA to retrain Aamils who defect.
(3) Help each other instead of giving money to these thugs who deposit in foreign bank accounts.
(4) These clan guys are fake and don’t be fooled by their claims to Dai or Imam positions. Run away from all of them.
(5) It is time to celebrate the beginning of liberation our community from tyranny of Taher Saifuddin clan.

Let me make it very clear. The Quran was revealed to Rasul for all Muslims to read, understand and practice. In previous sabaq’s we have made it clear that you want to be a good Muslim, do good things. If you want learn, get a good translation or two. Make an honest attempt and live your life accordingly. It is not that hard.
Any claim to be sole in-charge of interrelation of Quran or Shariat is a delusional scheme by thugs who are in religion business. Do not be fooled by them. Such claims have been made by others and in many religions and none have survived the test of time or good reading of scriptures of religions.

UK is happy as long as they get importance from other abdes

i agree. this is a lot of hot air without any plan for concrete action and without a feasible road map. many of my friends tried to contact the email address of this GDBA, but no reply was forthcoming. total silence! simply pontificating to and exhorting others will not deliver any results. show by your own examples how you managed to confront the clergy, how you managed to reduce your dependence on them, how you made them redundant in your life. examples of courage against a bullying amil, how you accomplished your goals viz. misak, aqiqa, majlis, privately without raza, how you stood up to the domineering jamaat committee... this is what fence sitters and timid bohras like to read. these examples of daring and bravery are what inspires others to take affirmative action. simply telling them stop this or that, is mere balloons floating in the air!

this gentleman babdeen claims to have email addresses of 50,000 bohras and wanted volunteers, each to take care of 5000 emails and send them postings. is he out of his mind?? queries as to how he acquired these 50k addresses have gone unanswered.

all in all, an exercise in futility which eventually is mere buffoonery and an attempt at self-glorification. the kothar must be laughing...

what about Sri lanka, France , singapore, Malysia and the middle east where there also is a significant bohri population.

the above comments from babdeen make me wonder if he is not 'losing it'? i see more a desire to change things, rather than any feasible roadmap. do this, do that, take over this, celebrate prematurely, cheers and all that!

the only practical way in which babdeen is going to accomplish the above very admirable 'dreams' is by declaring himself the new dai and launching a suit at the International Court of Justice to get legal ownership of all community properties worldwide and be the jaan ane maal na maalik of all bohras. once that is successfully accomplished and he has full control then he can devolve the ownerships of each individual jamaat and let them carry on as they did a century ago. what say?

Bohras are not being looted, they are willingly giving away money for services, they value. They are buying favours of their master.Right or wrong TS clan are better at executing their strategy compared to reformists or FD. the sooner we recognise our weakness we can find ways of getting better.

The problem is not TS clan but mushy brained Abdes.

writing 50000 emails will not change or stop hardcoreabdes going.. SMS just needs a few 100,000 in Sidhpur who will give him $500 average salam and he has cool $25million jackpot. proof look at SMS recent Africa trip Abdes threw themselves to kiss SMS feet. They were climbing or each other. No force just strange attraction.

India is very easy. There are a lot of disgruntled abdes who were removed from their homes for the bhindi bazar project. They are still in awe as to how they were dooped. There are loads of poor bohris in India and a helping hand from guy like vasanwala has shown them the light of Allah . Mumbai has more of such brainwashed poor folks than Ahmedabad where vasanwala does charity. entourage has cancelled quetta looting trip because they may be looted themselves by the locals. After Pindi they will have a tafri to Naran because their two fingers are tired of giving them to abdes for kissing and collecting envelopes.
