On a serious note, never get into a relationship when you are desperate for love or marriage. You are not capable of making the right choice in this state of mind. The best love happens to us whe we are not looking for one and are content in life. I would suggest you to do some soul searching and find happiness within. Once done that, you will not only be able to find the right partner for yourself but will be in a better state to provide her a long and fulfilling relationship.

Mind you, women can smell desperation from a mile and will treat you likewise....

At 30 , surely you should get married.
But let me tell you , at this age everyone feels that marriage is going to solve all the timely problems.(Its mostly physical needs)
Do not get over excited about it .

After marriage , for a year or so you will be in heaven .
After that its more a chain of responsibilties which you should be committed to take on.

To sum it up ,

Marriage is often referred as "shaadi wo laddo hai jo khaye wo bhi pachtaye(regret) , aur jo naa khaye wo bhi pachtaye"

So why not eat and regret
