Okay folks…kindly explain this to me. Nowadays one cannot fail but get the impression that Bohra Parents are looking at match for their children among some big name in khotars ..or some distant connection/relative of khotars. Of course this all depend on the purse of their parents.. The extremely wealthy goes all the way until the highest level and not so wealthy go half way

Is there some sort of novelty in getting your Son-In-Law from khotars or those who are well connected with Dawat or well known Jamaat member or at least a Dares educated bloke. What’s up with this?

Anyone sense this ?

Maybe some youth from our community would like to share his/her experience…?

What the f%^& business is it of yours who marries who and where in the hierarchy of our communities their families come from. If some family wants to get thier son/daughter married to somebody in the higher echelons of our society then so what. Marriages in our society have always been partly to do with creating alliances and building influence.

That's exactly what i meant. My point was this is nothing new and its something that has happened in all faiths throughout history. I don't understand why this is something you feel is new. What evidence do you have that this is a new trend that is being increasingly adopted? Most people i know who are not fanatical have no inclination to marry boys/girls from the kothar, 'royal family' or any other clique.

As for the anger, its no suprise given how much s%^* you come out with!!
