What do people over here think. If all the wealth of the kothar is available to a person or a body at their sole discretion and that individual or body is honest to the core then how much time would they take to eradicate poverty from amongst the bohras.

With kothar's riches, you will become a kothari. That is how it works. I am sure the first Dai or the first kothari had the same kind of thinking.
