After every farizat we recite the takarabo & the small tashahud.Obviously the greater part of the muslim ummah does not recite these dua.Does this mean that we should not offer our farizat namaz with other muslim ummah?

namaz ends with salam.and after that everyone is free to do whatever he/she wants to read or pray but it shouldnt disturb others.

this is additional and comes under recommended category.

And don't forget, now during the Burhani reign, after each faraz, at every namaz, the Bohris are compelled to do Poor Josh Maatam as well.
